From the R.D.O, Hyderabad Division, Lr.No: E/1476/2011, Dated: 28-07-2011. ***** O R D E R: Smt Khadeerunnisa, mother of Late Sri Mohd.Ghouse, General Administration Department, in her application eighth read above, has stated that her son, Sri Mohd. Ghouse expired on 04/02/2011 while working as Chowkidar in General Administration Department. She further stated that the deceased Sri Mohd. Ghouse was not married and therefore requested the Government to appoint her elder son Sri Wasif Abbas to a suitable post on compassionate grounds as there is no earning member in the family due to sudden demise of her son Late Mohd. Ghouse. She has produced a copy of Xth Class pass Certificate of Sri Wasif Abbas and Death Certificate of late Sri Mohd. Ghouse, Chowkidar, besides family member certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Asif Nagar Mandal, Hyderabad. She has also produced the Affidavit from the other family members to the effect that they have no objection if Sri Wasif Abbas brother of the deceased is provided employment by the Government. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Hyderabad Division, in his letter 9th read above has reported that the financial status of the family of the deceased employee is not sound. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby appoint Sri Wasif Abbas brother of Late Sri Mohd. Ghouse, as Office Subordinate, in General Administration Department with immediate effect, under Rule 4(2) (a) of A.P. Last Grade Service Rules and in accordance with the orders issued in G.O. first read above and in relaxation of Rule 8 of A.P.Last Grade Service Rules, 1992 read with G.O.Ms.No.759, G.A(Ser.D) Deptt., dt.06.10.2007. in the Scale of Pay of Rs.6700-2007300-220-7960-240-8680-260-9460-280-10300-300-11200-330-12190-360-13270-39014440-420-15700-450-17050-490-18520-530-20110/- with usual allowances admissible to the post of Office Subordinate. 3. The above appointment is purely temporary subject to verification of his antecedents and the instructions issued in Govt. Memos fourth to seventh read above and any other orders issued by Government on the subject from time to time besides the following conditions: i) ii) That his services are liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice whatso-ever; He should produce all original certificates in respect of educational qualification, caste and date of birth at the time of joining to duty for verification and in case of any discrepancy he shall not be admitted to duty; [P.T.O]

-2iii) iv) v) He shall produce a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon; He should submit filled in antecedent form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. He shall execute an under taking at the time of joining as contemplated in the ref. 6th read above to the effect that, he will maintain properly the other family members who were dependent on the deceased Government employee, and in case it is proved subsequently (at any time) that the family members are neglected, or not being maintained properly by him, the appointment may be terminated. His appointment is subject to verification of antecedents.
