According to the case study there is a mental barrier, psychological barrier, perception of the people working in the organizational environment Arya Iyer who works in the organization perceive his boss as a flirty person who just want new good looking secretaries every time and when the new secretary Preethi came she was late and also was good looking so again she perceive the same about his boss but this was not real case with his boss he was very busy and confused about his thoughts and working schedule. Mr. Gaurav Bhatia who took Preethi as a flirty person due to her behaviour while Preethi was not she just smiled and spoke pleasantly to show she understood what was told by him about her duties and responsibility.
Gaurav intentions and thought of her as a cheap guy who want sweet young and nave secretaries. Gaurav on other hand considered Preethi behaviour flirty as she was sweet, speaking pleasantly and smiling as well while she was just trying to show respect to his boss and trying to convey that she understood well by smiling.
