As a Sales & Pre Sales manager performing visit to Partner and End customer
place, conducting the Interview session, understanding the Network and Security Infrastructure and client requirement to design the right security solution. Preparing the engineers / SE for conducting the POC/demo (Proof of Concept) checklist and address to customer. Conducting the presentation to verify that customers desired goal is achieved. Perform the GAP Analysis to identify the exact requirement. Prepare the BOM (Bill of Materials) and providing End to End solution. Prepare for Project Plan and giving the right solution with proper Scope of work and solution documents (both technical & Commercial) Close interaction with the customer during the installation stage, update the customer on daily basis, and provide the day-to-day report, send the budgetary proposal directly or through the SI / partner / distributor. Prepare the Project Report and deliver the End User training after successful implementation. Provide superior customer service, managing and addressing customer queries effectively maintaining the SLA. Making the customer understand the escalation matrix. Account Mapping in a customer environment directly or through SI approach. Raise the RMA ticket for customer for faulty unit/ helping in logistics. Co-ordination with respective BDM and Top management / reporting managers to achieve the Goal for Company in smooth and effective manner.
