OVERVIEW

Thank you for using XtraPaster! XtraPaster version 2 is a program that provides 90 text storage slots, divided in 10 colors (9 text slots per color). Important text editing assistant. Assists in responses to e-mails, forums and chat. It can store standardized messages and signatures. Notations, to do lists, tasks etc. XtraPaster is extremely fast and easy to use. A free for personal use product specially developed to make your life easier.

HOW TO USE
XtraPaster will appear in the lower right corner of the screen after you start it. You can store text in 90 storage slots (9 slots per color - 10 colors available in version 2). Thus, we can quickly copy the text by clicking the left mouse button on the slot buttons 1 to 9 of the selected color. After copying the text, you can paste it in the desired location.

Each button corresponds to a text storage space. Only text can be copied to these spaces or slots. Add text in the spaces using the "SET" button on the main interface (General view). A new window will appear on the screen. See below:

You can also add text to individual slots by clicking the right mouse button over the buttons 1-9 of the interface. See the picture below.

Choose the desired location for storage and paste the text (Ctrl + V). At any time, we can use the text stored in 2 ways: 1. Click the left mouse button on the buttons 1 to 9, containing the text stored and pasting (Ctrl + V) in the desired location. 2. Click the right mouse button on the XtraPaster icon in the traybar located in the lower right part of the taskbar. After the click, a menu with summarized contents will appear on the screen. Just click the left mouse button on the item you want and paste it (Ctrl + V) into your text editor, browser, spreadsheet etc. See the following picture.

When selecting the text slots color, the program icon indicates the current color selected. Thus, the options menu will show the texts stored in the slots of the selected color. IMPORTANT: When adding or editing texts in XtraPaster, the program automatically saves the texts. Therefore, every change is saved automatically.

Atua como 90 clipboards para textos. Facilita o trabalho de edio de textos. Auxilia nas respostas de correio eletrnico, fruns e chat. Mensagens padronizadas e assinaturas. COMO USAR
Ao iniciarmos o XtraPaster vemos a sua interface no canto inferior direito da tela. A verso 2 do XtraPaster permite armazenar 90 textos distribudos em 10 cores (9 espaos de armazenamento por cor). Podemos copiar rapidamente o contedo do espao de armazenamento, clicando o boto esquerdo do mouse sobre o boto desejado (1 a 9). Em seguida, basta colar o texto no local desejado.

Cada boto corresponde a um espao de armazenamento. Somente textos podem ser copiados para os espaos. Para adicionar textos nos espaos, basta utilizar o boto SET ou clicar o boto direito do mouse sobre o boto do espao de armazenamento desejado e colar o texto. Ao utilizar o boto SET uma janela de configurao geral por cor aparecer na tela. Veja abaixo:

Portanto, basta escolher o local desejado para armazenamento e colar o texto (Ctrl+V) na janela de configurao geral ou em cada janela individual do espao (veja abaixo).

A qualquer momento, podemos utilizar o texto armazenado de 2 maneiras:

1. Clicar o boto esquerdo do mouse sobre os botes 1 a 9 (de cada

cor) contendo os textos armazenados e colar (Ctrl+V) no local desejado.

2. Clicar o boto direito do mouse sobre o cone do XtraPaster na

traybar (rea de notificao), localizado no canto inferior direito da barra de tarefas. Aps o clique, aparecer um menu de opes com os 9 espaos e com o contedo resumido dos mesmos. Basta clicar o boto esquerdo do mouse no item desejado e colar (Ctrl+V) no seu editor de texto, navegador, planilha etc. Veja a seguir:

Espaos de armazenamento 1a9 (Acesso rpido)

Ao selecionar a cor dos espaos de armazenamento, o cone do XtraPaster indica a cor atual selecionada. Desta forma, o menu de opes indicar os textos armazenados nos 9 espaos da cor selecionada. IMPORTANTE: Ao adicionar ou editar textos no XtraPaster ocorre o salvamento automtico dos mesmos. Portanto, toda alterao ser salva automaticamente.
