It was a letter sent July 1, 1974 in reply to Mr. Siska and it shows how a teacher tried making a proposal funding under Title IX. The purpose of this document is to show that even two years after the law was passed, people still made proposals to make it even better.

The interview was done yesterday and was a success. The source is a primary source since it was an interview. The purpose of the interview was to find out a female point of view on the topic.
