Narrative report

Konchi clinic serves nearly 10,000 populations who are under catchments, and
I surrounding area. Old people who are vulnerable and need to be supported because they
can not work .Some people live alone and earn their bread by begging. On and offthey
would come to us for the help especially for the food and for the treatment. Some time we
help them according to our ability, We had been looking forth for the help to support
them.
Or. Margaret who introduce to STICHTING OUD IN AFRIKA organization but
when in January 2008 Henk J.TH VAN STOKKOM who visited us along with his son
Tom .we requested to support 60 old people who are very poor . Hence then 60 old
people had a regular assistance per month.
When again Henk visited along with Marja and Jos in month of September 08
We requested 60 more people ofWallane village where we have health post. And now
ovember onwards we have altogether 120 old people who receives help from OUD IN
AFRIKA ,
We are very grateful to OUD IN AFRIKA for their support to the old people of
Konchi and Wallane . It is a great help for the people who has nothing to help
themselves. Tbis year they had decent clothes for the Ethiopian new year. They were
over whelmed while tbey received the clotbes .Thanks to OUD IN AFRIKA for your
generous contribution and wonderful work. Once again we join our hands to thank you
behalf of all 120 old people. We keep you in our prayers.
