There is no bigger black spot in our society than human trafficking. It degenerates the values of people, and ruins their destinies. Trafficking makes the practitioner a criminal and its victim a cruel person. In this society, where we live , people are becoming greedier day by day. They are transforming their selves in smuggler, drug dealers, killers, just because of money. They are selling their souls, minds and their humanist values with a price that destroys the other peoples lives. This world is also becoming less safe, and that is why we should be careful in every move we take. The movie Taken presents the case of two teen girls which go for a trip in Paris , without any control from their parents. They easily believe a stranger and share their taxi with him. The stranger was part of an Albanian trafficking band, which kidnapped the two girls. The anxious father is on the phone to his daughter when she and her friend are abducted from their Paris hotel. Her dream holiday was always his worst nightmare. But, now that his nightmare became real, Bryan had just 96 hours to save his daughter from being sold into prostitution. The dads presence lends dramatic heft to a standard action movie, in which there are scenes where the brutality is shown through the use of weapons, martial arts, fire extinguishers and broken bottles. In this bad experience, the girls faced for the first time, the bad reality that exists in our

society. This reality goes beyond extreme until it becomes fatal. On the other hand, the dads love becomes stronger, and also thanks to his skills as a CIA agent, Bryan achieved to rescue his daughter. The movie Taken teaches this society to be careful and also it shows how this world is surrounded by two extremes: love and cruelty. Trafficking of human beings is just another name in modern society that refers to slavery. Trafficking means fraud and exploitation of Humans. Trafficked victims are deceived about employment opportunities or opportunities to have fun. Human trafficking is a threat to human society. Trafficking prevents women from the right of freedom. In the end, the victim is destroyed morally, emotionally and mentally. These consequences deprive women to live a normal life. Trafficking in human beings means exploitation for profit reasons. Human trafficking undermines psychologically and physically. Females undergoes problems in reproduction, they are also prone to infectious diseases such as HIV AIDS. On the other hand, during trafficking, gangs exert psychological pressure on women, violence, and force women to use drugs, resort and rape them. These factors make women vulgar, insensitive, and lead them even to death. in the movie "taken", is shown the phenomena of trafficking and its consequences effects the victim also from the emotional side, and also their families. In present day society, trafficking is one of the greatest wounds, for this reason all the people should be aware of it, and should be more careful in their actions and decisions. There no was more meaningful than how it is presented in the movie Taken" the necessity of parents care to their children, and the teenagers that should be very be careful; they should not believe the strangers and should be careful with the people that they socialize. On the other hand, Kims mother wasnt be careful in her decisions to her daughter. She didnt control her actions even though her daughter was still a teenager. She allowed her

daughter to go to Paris with her friend alone and without control. They trusted a stranger by sharing their taxi with him, and also they wanted to have fun with him even though they didnt know that guy. The adolescence is very difficult and the parents should pay more attention in that age to their children. Adolescence is formative age, in many cases this age might be devastating to human life or it could pass quietly. Movie "taken" gives directly the message of being be careful to the children at that age. On the other hand, the family is the most important thing. Family is the only source of unconditional love. In the movie "taken" is best shown how the parent does everything for his child. Bryans love crosses the borders, he does everything to protect his daughter, to save her from trafficking. He faces cruelty and dangerous situations with police or even by risking his own life. In the end Bryan is so be careful with his daughter in order to help her pass her trauma. As a result, the director managed to show exactly his intention to transmit to the viewers the message against trafficking and also the need to be careful; even parents as well as the children when they are teenagers. I would suggest to both parents and children across the world, to see the movie "Taken" because it will help them to understand the true face of human society, and it transmits perfectly the message of being careful.
