particularly in developing countries through improved
efficiency in planning, delivery to shipper pairing, and
shipment tracking using low cost, cell phone-based solutions.

• Companies in developing countries that we are focusing on


– Lack capital and or infrastructure needed to utilize high end
logistic management solutions
– Have little or no oversight of shipments during the delivery
process
– Employ independent shippers that commonly spend hours
in queues awaiting dispatch orders, in some cases days.

Financing Strategy
Financing Requirements:
