12. The staff of the Leadership Dept. recently travelled to Vuntu District to conduct a seminar.

Praise God for the testimonies of healing from two members of the congregation. Pray that these testimonies will be a powerful reminder to the congregation of Gods redemptive work!
1. A Church Leadership Seminar is to be held in Bungu Korogwe today. Pray for Gods protection while the Church Leadership Dept staff travel, teach and encourage pastors and leaders there. 2. Thanksgiving to God for the vision to transform lives & communities by strengthening & equipping the Tanzanian Church through leadership development, community development, education and health. 3. Pray for discernment, wisdom and integrity in all decisions made at Imara. That God will provide spiritual protection over all ministries, staff and volunteers. 4. As the Board and staff of Imara continue to make decisions regarding future long term ministry, pray for continued wisdom, unity and Godly direction. 5. Thanks be to God for the placement of all the staff and volunteers at Imara. May Imara bring glory to the Lord in all that is done in building His Kingdom in Northern Tanzania. 6. Immanuel Kipunde is acting CEO. Pray for him as he carries out the daily responsibilities of leadership at Imara. 7. Pray that the on-going, daily costs required for Imara to function (i.e. staff salaries, office operating costs and vehicle running costs) will be met. 8. Community volunteers are essential for the identification and support of the most sick and vulnerable in communities where Imara is focused. Praise God for their invaluable support to the patients, their families and their carers. 9. Nicholas leads the Community Development Dept, which oversees the two village projects at Likamba and Karanse. Pray for Godly wisdom, continuing perseverance and strength as he facilitates the ministry at these projects. 10. Praise God for the educational success of the recent Maths Tabloid Day at Likamba. Pray that the effectiveness of this program may penetrate into effective classroom teaching in this area. 11. Praise God for the consistent hard work of the church volunteers that are trained through the HIV/AIDS Dept.

22. Pray for guidance for Pastor Wariaelli and Headmaster Godfrey as they lead in the ongoing management of the PUNCHMI School at Karanse. 23. Praise God for the willingness of staff at PUNCHMI and Likamba to learn of and welcome newcomers the new teachers recruited at both schools have been well received by their colleagues. Pray for continued unity amongst staff. 24. Pray for Roger Ellem and Phil McWilliams, on the board for MissonOz. May they know Gods wisdom and guidance as they support Imara. Pray for additional members for the board. 25. Praise God for the current prayer support network for Imara. May God appoint further prayer partners for the staff, volunteers and ministries of Imara, that protection and endurance may be known. 26. Praise God for the evidences of His grace in our lives, which we experience daily. 27. Pray for the decisive and effective planning and implementation of construction happening at PUNCHMI and Likamba. 29. Thanksgiving to God for the dedicated partners and sponsors who have joined in partnership with the vision of Imara. Pray for the identification and development of new partners willing to join heads, hearts and hands with Imara during 2013 and beyond. 30. Pray for the planning and organisation of upcoming short term visits that the Lord will bring people with the right skill set to serve alongside Imara and the local community. That the visitors will be an extension of what God is doing through the ministries of Imara. 31. Praise God for the sense of hope and unity amongst Imara staff; that He will continue to bind the staff in unity around Imaras vision, in Christ and for His glory.

Pray for the Finance and Administration team, led by Immamual; and Joyce and James, as they are involved in the role of ensuring financial integrity and provision of administration for Imara and its associated projects. 14. Praise God for the students at Imaras project schools; for their behaviour and desire to learn. 15. Pray that sponsors will be urgently found for the standard one students at Likamba and PUNCHMI for 2013. 16. Praise God for the successful recruitment of new teachers at PUNCHMI and Likamba. 17. Pray that the HIV/AIDS church volunteers are able to continue to reach out to those that are deemed unreachable within the community from the stigma of having contracted HIV/ AIDS. 18. Pray for guidance for Pastor Elirehema and Headmaster Kizito as they lead in the ongoing management of Likamba Integrity School.

Pray for wisdom and strength for Esther and Eva (HIV/AIDS Dept.) that they will have the wisdom and endurance to serve many patients and families with chronic health issues. 20. Pray for the teachers at PUNCHMI and Likamba, that as they serve the school community they may know His calling, and perseverance in their ministry. 21. Pray for wisdom as US and Australian partners seek to implement and improve support mechanisms for the ministry of Imara.
