Job Analysis Job: Bank Manager Method used: Using the Internet Employee #1: Duties and Abilities:

Plan and direct the branch operations and administer the working of the whole branch Supervise the human resource of its own branch department wise Marketing of the bank, which includes achieving the deposit targets assigned to the branch, attending meetings for the marketing and making sure the targets are achieved within the given time. Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture Coordinating with regional headquarters for getting updated with the organizational goals and objectives and also let all the employees of the branch well aware of the goals and objectives of the organization. Making sure that employees working under his/her supervision are well motivated and maintained properly. Evaluate the performance of the employees working under his/her supervision Reporting about all the duties and responsibilities to the Regional Manager Knowledge: Skills: A good manger should have Marketing skills Communication skills Critical thinking Should be a good psychiatrist 16 years of education Masters degree or equivalent Preferred field of study is MBA Marketing At least 5 years of experience in banking or any financial organization including marketing experience as well Minimum age limit is 25 years

Employee # 2: Duties and Abilities: Get heavily involved in sales Helping to bring in new business and to build and maintain customer relationships Be able to deal with security issues, such as opening the vault in the morning or locking it at night Be able to deal with customers who are upset for things such as overdraft charges or a loan denial Hiring, training and supervising all staff that works within the bank. Completing all necessary security checks and reference checks for potential employees. Setting policies and training staff regarding changes in bank policies as needed. Developing new marketing programs or incentives to increase the deposits and services offered by the bank. Following all bank policies as determined by the board of directors or bank president or owner. Skills: Excellent business-development skills A proven ability to develop a team Strong sales, people-management and customer-service skills

Knowledge: Have at least five years of banking experience With a bachelor's or master's degree Relevant management or financial experience in other industries

Employee # 3: Duties:

Promoting and marketing the branch and its products Meeting with customers and resolving any problems or complaints Ensuring theres a high level of customer service Monitoring sales targets Reporting to head office

Skills:

Good PC knowledge and typing skills Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skill

Knowledge:

A broad range of codes and regulations related to providing service and customer dealing, modern office procedures and computer equipment including the use of personal computers English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation; arithmetic, including percentages. A graduate in the commerce or business subjects

Abilities:

Lead the work of staff involved in problem solving to investigate, resolve and/or process customer queries, and /or concerns Apply specialized knowledge and skills to handle customer inquires regarding special programs, services, rates, and fees Maintain a high level of skill in written and verbal communication, interpersonal communications, and salesmanship Communication abilities Should be polite humble flexible Should have control and emotions should be of a sound mind and good physical health and presentable personality
