PREFACE
Research studies constitute the backbone of any management education programme. A management student has to quite frequently do the research work during his entire span. The idea of the study has been conceived as a project work to be undertaken in the third year full time BBA course and is devoted to Brand perception about Monte Carlo The research has been undertaken to study the changing perception of customers and dealers regarding various brands and also the various factor to which the customer gives importance and their perception about different competing brands regarding those factors are studied. The research is statistical in design and extensive analysis bought to light several facts. The customers were also asked to rate a few relevant parameters and companies were ranked on their basis, the data also revealed the satisfaction level of customers. In order to analyze the data and draw conclusions, statistical techniques such as simple average and percentage are used and shown by pie and bar diagrams.
