Cardiovascular Disease Profiles South East Public Health Observatory These profiles provide a snapshot of key issues relating to heart disease and stroke, including prevention, incidence, and mortality. Better health outcomes for children and young people Department of Health The pledge is part of the governments response to the Children and Young Peoples Health Outcomes Forum.
