Introduction IAAS (International Association of Student In Agriculture and Related

Sciences) is non-profit and non-governmental student society headquartered in Leuven Belgium and recognized around the world and connects with many universities. IAAS is one of International organization that take a part in agriculture and related sciences issues all over the world. It founded in 1957 in Tunis by 8 counties. IAAS also have the annual activity such as EDM (European Director Meeting), APRM (Asia Pacific Region Meeting), WOCO (World Conggress) and some training of exchange and technology. IAAS Indonesia is one of members who has the biggest local commite. It consist of 8 Local Committee, they are IAAS LC IPB, LC UB, LC UNPAD, LC UNDIP, LC UNS, LC UGM, LC UNRAM and LC UNHALU. IAAS LC IPB is the first local committee in Indonesia and than it has expanded to the other university until now. In National platform we have annual meeting that called NATCON (National Conggress). This event is like WOCO that disscus about the next planning of IAAS and exchange culture each other. Based on the mission of IAAS World that toPromote exchange of experience, knowledge, ideas, and to improve the mutual understanding between student in agriculture and related sciences all over the world. IAAS Indonesia must be delegate some student for attending WOCO every year. But, for elected to be the delegation it must follow the rule to prepare for screening. So thats way, this guideline is made for preparing and screening the delegation of WOCO 2013.

Program: The World Conggress 2013 will take place on July 2013 in Chile and hosted

by IAAS Chile. The World Conggress will consist of the general assembly and following the seminar. GA or General Assemby is the highest assembly which the new policy being discussed and also decide a new executive committee of IAAS World. Besides that the World Conggress also have the other agenda such as practice training, focus group disscusson and farewell party. The detailed line of seminar will announce by IAAS Chie through official guidelines for World Conggress 2013. You also can open the

Vission Maintain the existence and develop IAAS Indonesia as the active member of International Organization.

Job Description Line Exchange Program & Project a. Promote and Developing IAAS Indonesia Exchange Program b. Promote IAAS Indonesia Project to the overseas stakeholder c. Participating and joining debate in the decisions of new Exchange Policy with VP Exchange Line Communication and Partnership a. Participating actively to Promote IAAS Indonesia development with VP Communication and VP Partnership b. Expanding the partnership and join cooperation between IAAS Indonesia and another stakeholder (international funding

organization, consortium universities,etc). c. Make a good communication to out potensial partnership Line Administration and Finance of IAAS Indonesia a. Suggesting a new transparency system of administration and finance. b. Participating and joining debate in the decisions of new system of administrations and finance with VP Finance c. Clarifying our debt in Headquarter to make it really clear and transparency.

Selection of Delegation Screener Board will screen the delegation candidate according to the

following criteria : 1. Understanding of the purpose of IAAS and IAAS Indonesia

2. Participate actively in local committee IAAS Indonesia minimum 1 year period 3. Registered as the alumni of BOS I in local committee 4. Participate as the organizing committee in local committee minimum twice a year 5. Understanding that IAAS World Congress is the biggest IAAS member gathering and also the highest policy maker in IAAS 6. Well understanding of the PDPRT and also Constitution and By Laws, and for the delegation who in charge in expro line should understand the exchange quality standard 7. Prepare the funding start for about 40% from the total personal budget 8. Able to speak, write and understand English 9. Able to work as a team with the other delegation 10. High willingness to secure the name of IAAS Indonesia specially and Indonesia commonly 11. If elected as delegation WOCO 2013 must attend National Congress IAAS Indonesia XVIII in Jogjakarta on February 2013 12. Has to accept the decision of screener board ll mentioned in this guideline should be accepted by the delegation

Note : This selection is to find Ultimate 8 peoples who will be The IAAS Indonesia Delegation of World Congress 2013 in Chile. Two lines should be has maximale 3 TOP, and 1 Lines should be has Maximale 2 TOP Applicants. In case there is some Line couldnt fulfilled those conditions (3 TOP and 2 TOP Applicants), the Screener Board Committee has a right to add from another Line base the highest rank of the scores. The 8 people selected will officially recommended by National Committee of IAAS Indonesia as the representative of IAAS Indonesia in the biggest IAAS event in 2011. 6 people are Main Delegation who COMPULSORY to be attend at WoCo 2013. 2 People are Reserve Delegation who HAVE NO COMPULSORY to be attend at WoCo 2013, but they have a right to be attend at WoCo 2013 as IAAS Indonesia Delegation. The elected delegation should be attended at IAAS Mational Conggress XVIII at Gadjah Mada University on February 2013. While waiting the National Conggress held,the delegation of WOCO 2013 must choose Chief of Delegation to Lead Delegation to prepare WOCO 2013. 10.
