BH Definition
Two BH have been identified: BH_All = RB013_DLCsVoice + RB013_DLPS BH_HSXPA= RB013_HSDPA+ RB013_HSUPA BH_All is used to evaluate CPU Load CCM & CEM, CEM R99 capacity, DL Power, Ul Load BH_HSXPA is used to evaluate CEM HSXPA capacity, OVSF HSDPA codes, DL HSDPA Power (for mono Freq NodeB) IUB capacity is evaluated based on the max value of Received cells and Sent Cells of the weeks observed

4.3 CEM HSXPA capacity (HSXPA users)

We consider that CEM HSXPA Users capacity is limiting the node B capacity when HSD User Reject (%) >0% or HSU User Reject (%) >0% at BH_HSXPA
3 NodeB are limited on CEM EDCH user capacity : They are all using iCEM and thus limited to 15 EDCH users per iCEM. Swapping to xCEM allow to support 128 EDCH users per xCEM No NodeB are limited by the CEM HSxPA capacity. The most loaded NodeB is RBS1711-01 with 80 HSDPA users (vs 128 limit per xCEM)
