Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Use of JAF software by Odeon Team Hong Kong indicates you accept the terms of this
license agreement.

Directive

Unless expressly and unambiguously approved by Odeon Team Hong Kong,

you may not:
-disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, trace or otherwise
analyze the equipment, its content, operation, or functionality,
or otherwise attempt to derive source code (or the underlying
ideas, algorithms, structure or organization) from the equipment
or from any other information provided Odeon Team Hong Kong,
except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited
by local law;
-modify, adapt or create a derivative work of the equipment;
-remove from any copies of the equipment any product
identification, copyright or other notices;
-disseminate performance information or analysis (including,
without limitation, benchmarks) from any source relating to
the equipment.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF
MERCHANTABILIT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into Odeon Team Hong
Kong may
be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing practice dictates that any new program should be
thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

ONLY.

Distribution

Provided that you are distributing the current you are hereby granted
permission to duplicate and distribute the program; give exact copies
of the original Demo version to anyone and distribute the Demo version
of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic
means. There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,

for any such copies, however made from distributing the software and/or
documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without
prior written permission.

Limit of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL Odeon Team Hong Kong BE LIABLE TO

YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,

CLAIM BY ANY PARTY, EVEN IF A Odeon Team Hong Kong.
REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES. Odeon Team Hong Kong WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ILLEGAL
USE OF THE EQUIPMENT PROHIBITED BY LOCAL LAW.

Entire Agreement

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE AGREEMENT,

UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE
STATEMENT OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH Odeon Team Hong Kong.
WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN,
AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN Odeon Team Hong Kong
AND YOU RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS
AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT
SHALL INSURE TO THE BENEFIT OF Odeon Team Hong Kong.
LICENSORS WHOSE RIGHTS ARE LICENSED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
NO VARIATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE
ENFORCEABLE AGAINST Odeon Team Hong Kong UNLESS
Odeon Team Hong Kong GIVES ITS EXPRESS CONSENT IN
WRITING SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF Odeon Team Hong Kong.
