Quickstart Guide

3.5mm Plug
You may have noticed that the Twinwoofers have a 3.5mm 4 conductor plug for plugging it into the target device port. Insert the plug directly into the 3.5mm phone jack, until it is wholly tted into the phone jack. Sound output may be interfered if not properly inserted into the port. Note: If your device doesnt support a 3.5mm port, you need a stereo plug converter/adapter

Whilst unboxing, youll nd 7 pair of Eartips, three of which are regular small, medium and large sized, and two triple- ange small and medium pairs and two double ange medium and large pairs. The choice of the Eartips is important for you to get a perfect seal in your ear canals. Selecting the right Eartips ensures that you get pure, noise-free and balanced listening experience. Removal of Eartips is simple; you just have to grab the chassis, and gently pull the Eartip from the frontal tube of the earphones housing. Slide the new pair by pushing it onto the frontal tube, as shown in the diagram below:

The Correct Way of Wearing Cable Adjustment

The Twinwoofers are designed to be ergonomically t for wearing on any occasion, be it while travelling, or at home listening to your favorite collection of music. The cable control system comes with a cable clip and slider. The cable clip can be attached to your shirt or top, in order to keep the weight of the cable o the earphones. The cable slider is designed to adjust the cable length based on your preference.
You may want to create an asymmetric balance to avoid distractions during a physical activity. Diagram on the next page shows you how to adjust the cable accordingly

Remote Functionality

The Twinwoofers M includes a remote that has a single button to answer or end phone calls. The same button can be used to start or stop music playback on the target device.

3.5mm CTIA standard connector

The most common standard heaset jack compatible with most Windows, Android and Blackberry phones is the 3.5mm CTIA standard. The 3.5mm standard jack will also allow music playback with any 3.5mm stereo jack carrying devices such as portable consoles and portable media players. Connection, Audio playback and Answering or ending phone calls 1. Connect 3.5mm heaset jack to your target mobile. 2. Play your music (Remote can be used to control playback). 3. When a phone call is incoming, click on the remote button to answer it. 4. If you want to end the phone call, simply click on the remote button again.

A complete Cable Management system that includes Cable Clip which keeps cables weight off earphones, and Cable Slider that allows cable adjustment.

The L and R annotations on the Earpieces refers to Left and Right earpiece respectively. Use the correct earpiece for each ear to get a balanced listening experience. To ensure a snug t into your ear canals, relax your lower jaw by slightly opening your mouth, and slip each earpiece into the respective ear canal. To reduce the weight of the cable o the earpieces, clip the cable closer to your neck, on your shirt or top.

Hygiene
Over long time of usage, the silicon eartips bundled with the headphones may be lled with ear wax and dust. This may alter the sound output. To clean your eartips, follow the procedure below: 1. Remove the Eartips from the Right & Left earpieces of the Twinwoofers 2. Soak the eartips in warm soapy water for 15 minutes 3. Then place them in clean water to get rid of the soap, dust or any impurities 4. Rinse eartips and let them dry for at least an hour 5. Use the cleaning cloth provided to wipe any water on the Eartips 6. Plug the eartips back onto the Frontal Tubes of the housing

WARRANTY TERM DEFINITIONS You You in this context refers to the first individual who purchased the Tekfusion product from an authorized dealer Do not wear earphones during attention-demanding situations such as; while Authorized Dealer Refers to the dealer that has been authorized by Tekfusion to resell any of the Tekfusion branded products. Warranty Period Refers to the period during which the warranty is effective. This period commences from the date of purchase of the Tekfusion product Product Defect Refers to the technical damage contained in the product. This does not refer to any physically damages cased intentionally by abuse or misuse of the Tekfusion product.

Your pair of Tekfusion Twinwoofers M covers a 12 months warranty period, which starts on the date when you purchased the product from a Tekfusion authorized dealer. If your Tekfusion product contained or contains a defect when or after you bought it from a Tekfusion authorized dealer, and Tekfusion receives a formal warranty claim from you within 30 days after you discover such a defect, and before the expiration of the warranty period, then Tekfusion will provide you with one of the following remedies ====================================== 1. Product Repair 2. Product Replacement if the defect(s) cannot be repaired

After receiving the defective product, Tekfusion will fully verify the existence of the defects, and inform you if the product requires a repair or replacement. Cost of shipping the product back to you shall be paid by you, and any repair costs shall be negotiated by Tekfusion. Note: Warranty resolution will take 30-60 day period. Tekfusion does not grant any warranty on any products that were purchased from unauthorized dealers, or on a product that has been intentionally damaged, or used in ways other than the guidelines provided in this manual. Warranty will be voided in case of physical or accidental damage(s).

The audio production quality greatly depends on two things: the audio codec of the target device; and the audio bitrate of the music. Optimize the equalizers of your target device (if any) to get preferable, fine-tuned listening experience.

Higher bitrate audio, and lossless digital music, in containers such as flac will provide maximum audio clarity.

Sound seems inaudible Instruction Ensure that the 3.5mm audio plug is fully inserted in the jack of your target device If your device does not support CTIA standard, you need an appropriate adapter. Please seek advice from your phone manufacturer for the adapter.

Due to dust, debrist or earwax, sound may be inaudible, therefore clean the dust cap using the cleaning cloth provided. Go through an eartip cleaning procedure provided in the manual, to ensure eartips are free of dust, debris and earwax. Problem Audio has extensive bass Instruction Disable your target device equalizers or sound enhancement features such as amplifaction through software. Try out the di erent equalizer settings on your target device for optimum output Lower your target device volume to optimum levels, for better sound output. Problem Unable to hear bass Instruction Select the eartips that give you a snug t. Without a perfect seal around your ear canals, you will not be able to hear bass. Ensure that you are not loosely wearing the earphones. Follow the standard wearing procedure provided in the manual. Disable any equalizer on your target device.

Try out di erent equalizer settings to achieve tuned sound experience. Try out the headset on di erent devices. Problem Sound is breaking Instruction Ensure that the plug is correctly inserted into the target device. If plug is not fully inserted, a distorted and breaking sound may be experienced. Try on a di erent device. During a phone call, if sound is breaking, there is a likelyhood of network coverage problems. Problem Scratches on earpieces Instruction The earpieces have an all- glossy nish. To avoid any scratches, safely store your pair in any of the carry cases provided when not in use. Problem Pay/Pause is not working on my mobile Instruction Ensure that the plug is correctly inserted into the target device.

Some mobile phones may not support play/pause with the remote button due to di erent operating system settings. Check the play/pause functionality settings on your target mobile, and change it accordingly.

Problem No Sound Output Instruction Ensure that the stereo plug is correctly inserted into the target phone jack. Without a proper connection, no sound output will be heard from the device. Check the target device volume, if not turned o . Connect the headset to a di erent device and test it out. Problem Earpiece falling o the ear Instruction Try to use a di erent set of eartips Use standard wearing procedure described in manual Attach clip to your clothing to keep weight o the earpieces

In case the dust caps are lled with earwax or debris, try to clean them with the cleaning cloth provided. Problem My phone displays Accessory not supported and I cannot answer calls. Instruction Your phone does not support the CTIA standard, you therefore require a CTIA adapter. Find out the kind of adapter you need from your mobile manufacturer. Problem The call recepient cannot hear my voice clearly Instruction Try to reduce the mic volume on your target phone. Due to bad network reception, you may be unable to communicate clearly, therefore you need to be under the network coverage. Try to use the clothing clip, to ensure the mic is closer to your neck.
