This report which includes the background information, finaliys, conclusions and recommendation is to be submitted on 20 December 2012.

2.0 Introduction This section will discuss the background of the study, the statement of the problem, the objectives of the study, methods used and the limitations of the study. 2.1 Background of Study Exercising is one of the best options to stay healthy. This probably because of pack schedule that students have their daily life. They do not have enough time to exercise. In addition, student may not aware about the importance of healthy lifestyle. 2.2 Statement of the Problem Exercise habits among students is an issue because they do not emphasize on their good daily lifestyle as it will leads to a lots of negative effects such as they cannot focus in their study, look tired and less energetic in the class. 4.0 Conclusion 4.1 How often students exercise 1. It can be concluded that majority of respondents are in good health condition. This is

surely have to do with the vast number of respondents who engage actively in exercise. According to Mayo Clinic Staff (2011), regular exercise improves peoples mood. During exercise, several brain chemicals are induced, which at the end makes people feels fitter, healthier and more relaxed.

4.2. Type of exercise do you prefer It can be concluded that the majority of the respondents liked to do outdoor exercise because they feel free and can a view while exercise. 1. It can be concluded that all the respondents realized that exercise can improve health because muscles are being contract and relax leads to good circulation of blood flow. Other than that, exercise can controls weight, improves mood also reduce the risk of diseases by Mayo Clinic Stuff (2011). 2. The results show that most of the students do not have a coach to guide because they cannot afford to pay a coach for proper exercise. As a student, their money are more focusing on books and other stuff that more important.

3. Most of the respondents are enjoyed doing exercise in a group than individually because they can chat together while exercise. 4. It can be conclude that, the majority of the respondents are enjoyed doing jogging because it is easy to find place for jogging. 5. The result shows that, the majority of the respondents face obstacles in term of facilities because the facilities in the university cannot afford a large amount of students. 6. Most of the respondents are more often to do the same type of exercise in one session because they do not have enough time to exercise. 7. 4.3 Time spent for exercising It can be concluded that the majority of respondents prefer doing an exercise in the evening. The main reason is the most respondents are free and doing nothing during this time as the most of university students, there are no class sessions in the evening. In addition, the most of respondents spend about between 1 to 5 hours for exercising. These show respondents as students do not emphasize on how long exercise session but emphasize more on how regularly they do the exercise is. Average students only take below than 5 hours time for exercising as it is not a major thing that they should focus for rather than studying. Furthermore, base on this finding it shows that majority of respondents still take important on their health while busying with their study, assignments, exam and so on.

4.4 Money spent for exercising It can be concluded that the amount between RM2 to RM6 was the most preferable amount to be paid by the majority of the students. This indicates that the students are trying to spend least money for exercise as they need to spend their money to pay the other important things like for books and fees. Mayo Clinic staff said that you do not need to join a gym to take physical activity seriously, plenty of low-cost alternatives can help you get fit without breaking your budget.

From the findings, it also indicates that the majority of the students had spend around RM10 to RM50 per month for exercising and supplements. They did not need to pay higher cost because there are so many places had been set up by government for exercise with no fees taken. Sam Ellyn said that you can reduce the costs of health insurance premiums, the amount you spend on medicines and the pays for doctor visits with proper nutrition and regular exercise. As a conclusion, more than half of the respondents will doing other activities when they did not have enough money for exercise. They will doing other activities like jogging, sleeping and cycling because there is no need to spend money on it and it can be done everywhere. Thus, majority of the respondents said that they did not take any supplements together with exercising because they afraid of having a side effect when taking any supplements as some of them are not suitable for their bodies. Impaul99 quoted that if you do not want to take any supplements, you will still make gains, but you'll have to work harder for less result so it is up to you.

5.0 Recommendations Base on the preceding information, the following are recommendations that will help the respondents as university students to take important on the exercise is and achieve a healthy body. 1. It is recommended that the UiTM should create more events for students to gain more information about the benefits of exercise, the steps how to do exercise in a right way, the information on the bad effect of taking exercise such a waste things and so on. Therefore, the events that suppose to be created is health campaign, annual sport day or annual sport competition not only in university itself but abroad.

2. It is suggested that the UiTM should provide more facilities around the campus site for students as it will trigger the interest for students to exercise more regularly that usual. 3. UiTM sports center should provide a free coaches for students.
