Learn everything ground-up, relating to staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of the business. Observe and learn from experienced workers the methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Requirements Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical), Accounting and/or any degree but related and/or interested with Sales. Must have graduated within less than three years, or will graduate within the next 12 months from a reputable university. Must be 25 years old at most. Must be self-driven, committed, and highly ambitious. Must have strong leadership capability. Can adapt well with people in all levels. Must have good planning, preparation and implementation skills. Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Successful applicants to the Management Trainee Program will be trainees for 6 months while being exposed to various departments. Upon successfully completing the program, each trainee will be seconded to a specific department after carefully considering their interests, preferences, personality and other indicators. The training will be extensive and will be a mixture of on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentoring. This is to ensure that each trainee acquired the necessary leadership attitudes, knowledge and skills. Each department would also require specific projects, and the accomplishment or non-accomplishment of these projects would bear weight on the evaluation of each trainee.
