Background We have been involved in setting up integrative healing centers in several of the United States, as well as creating and teaching a program of integrative medical skills for chiropractors and naturopathic students. We bring our experience to this opportunity as an extension of those efforts in the past.
Assumptions: 1. If in Quito: a. Altitude will not be a problem for the patients/Clients b. Government will allow the breadth of healing modalities that we want to work with c. There is sufficient international and domestic demand for such an operation 2. If in Cuba a. Government will allow the breadth of healing modalities that we want to work with b. There is sufficient international demand for such an operation. Domestic participation may be a service, but will not be considered as a major money-making activity. c. US patients can access the center through Mexico, Bahamas, or by special permission for health care travel. 3. If in Ukraine: a. Government will allow the breadth of healing modalities that we want to work with. b. Trained medical spa physicians are already there at Soviet-era sanatoriums, using many different healing modalities not available in the US. c. Market would include all of Europe, Russia and former Soviet Union, Middle East, even USA. Design Principles 1. A private health club or Trust will own and control use of the facilities. a. The Funders may be assigned beneficial interest in the Trust, or more traditional means of funding may be used (loans, ownership of facilities, etc.). Use of a Trust or Foundation may be useful protection against attacks against the assets. b. Private individuals may, for a fee, obtain a membership to the club, be assigned as a beneficiary to the club, and enjoy the use of club facilities.

c. Corporations may contract with the club to have their employees assigned as members, beneficiaries, and use club facilities. d. Use of specific club services may incur an additional fee. This project includes intermediate term residential care with a broad range of supportive therapies. a. As such, the campus should be beautiful, as well as medically functional. b. There should be a variety of activities available for the guests, with all levels of exertion. Examples: tennis, volleyball, Badminton, Shuffleboard, swimming, bowling, walking paths, jogging, horseback riding, archery, golf, dancing, restaurants, juice bars, cooking classes, saunas, photonic treatments, Rife treatment centers, auditoriums for health education, computerized education systems. c. Locals may wish to be members of this club as a recreational and healthful option. d. There may be an opportunity for purchase or time-share purchase of homes which include memberships to the health club. This project includes acute medical and surgical care, with a broad range of orthodox and alternative treatment options. The intent is not to have the most advanced technology in all areas, but to have an advanced level of care in all areas, and a balance of orthodox Western medicine and alternatives. We will provide space for independent practitioners who wish to use our facilities, as well as full-time employees of the center. All providers of orthodox Western medicine on staff will be willing to share patients with and work with alternative health providers.

I have received Winston's [Shrout] energy and data that he has put on the table of Transparency for all to review and disect...I send him my absolute gratitude, love and peace for his DO'ing!...I return the energy in kind.

With my full responsibility and liability I DO answer to the matter of "lien" which Winston says was not done correctly or perfected properly....I agree it is not a proper or perfected lien...and I set forth the Absolute Data in regards to that statement of agreement....after prudent investigation and review of the Absolute Data, a lien was not the appropriate application/process to recover value and assets (BE'ing stolen through tool of straw man representation) that are commandeered and stolen:

If we had made the mistake of using "lien" to recover commandeered and stolen assets (BE'ing) and value then we would by the very essence of its use first have to recognize and validate that the assets and value commandeered and stolen lawfully and legally belonged to the Principals, agents, and beneficiaries of the slavery systems that commandeered and stole the assets and value...

Every lawful and legal system must provide a remedy without prejudice or exception, and if their is no remedy available to one or all, then a system is illegal, as a matter of law, fact and public policy. In this instance, a remedy with in the former slavery systems was preserved to the perpetuity, Prime/Zero Point of the value that was commandeered and stolen, but by the free will choice of the Principals, agents and beneficiaries of those slavery systems, they refused to provide the remedy upon due lawful and legal demand duly made, given and noticed by the Creator of the value unlawfully and illegally commandeered and stolen. When remedy preserved is unlawfully and illegally denied to one...the remedy is no longer preserved and the system is rendered illegal as a matter of law, fact and public policy. The principals, agents, and beneficiaries chose by their conscious free will to not cure their mistake, confirm intentional default, and make and give due notice of their knowing, willing and intentional choice to be foreclosed.

That preserved remedy with in the former slavery systems is a non-judicial process same as the process they used to commandeer/steal the value was (as it is bound so shall it be unbound).

However, if you search the WA State branch of the Commercial Registry ( https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/ucc/ ), and search by file/receipt number you will see that they are no longer there, and the attached letter to this email is the purported basis why they were "removed"/"cancelled"...I only included one of the letters, but all the same.

Review and disect the bejeebus out of this data of the Absolute Data and determine by the tools of resonance with in whether they used the "lien" bit to "rebut" the duly made demand for remedy because their their own BAR attorneys were incompetent and didn't know which law to apply to the charge of "commandeer" and "theft" ....OR....because they absolutely knew that "lien" was not applicable but hoped the Trustees of OPPT were incompetent enough to buy it!....lol.
