State of the art manufacturing facilities

Manufacturing and testing facilities

The manufacturing setup is organized around the cellular manufacturing concept for maximum efficiency. Testing and calibration is carried out on state-of-the-art equipment. The manufacturing and testing of static / microprocessor based relays is carried out in an electro static discharge (ESD) protected area. Testing and calibration of numerical microprocessor based relays including wiring checks is carried out on a fully automated computerised test station.

Quality policy
Our quality policy is aimed at fulfilling customers requirement in terms of quality, on time delivery and services. All our products and services are seen as an expression of quality, and each delivery is aimed at creating a recommendation for further business. The latest edition of relevant IEC standards applies to continuous type test programme. All manufactured relays are type tested as per IEC 60255 standards.

Commitment to quality and sustainability

All ABB India manufacturing facilities confirm to the highest quality standards and environment norms. These are all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliant and are certified by leading international authorities.

Customer support and after sales services

A dedicated after sales service support group provides commissioning and after sales services. A service centre for repair of relays has also been established at ABB's Vadodara premises.
