PREFACE
It is trace that study cannot be perfect without practical training action. It is basic necessity of a student. Knowledge is like a coin. It has got two sides, one is theoretical and other is practical knowledge. Both are very important but practical knowledge is more important then theoretical knowledge and it is known that PRACTICE MAKES MAN PERFECT. So in todays competitive world, only theoretical study approach is narrow concept and student need some practical field work and for this purpose the MBA students have to prepare a Comprehensive project. By training company, we got a chance to learn the various aspects of the world outside the books that wide and expanded. The project report has been prepared by our thoughts, ideas and information. I have tried to include all the important information in project report.

Organization must have to give importance to their employees. Their employees. Human Resource Department can support Your organization has a good recognition award scheme that reward ones achievement. Now a days organization gives more importance to only PROFIT. A better human management leads to better productivity. There must be a proper communication network between White Collar & Blue Collar employees. Decision power should be only in one hand In AMW/Atul Auto, there is a proper balance between Salary-Authority-responsibility. AMW/Atul Auto is a good example of managing the Human capital in a good manner.

EXECUTIVE SUMMERY

Atul Auto & Asia Motor Works are leading player in Indias Automobile industry and is making substantial contribution to the efforts of Indian Government to increase automobile production in the country. Atul Auto & Asia Motor Works known for selfsufficiency in Automobile production.

This report is a study of the HR department of Atul Auto & Asia Motor Works. It mainly consists of general work of Welfare, Personnel and Administration departments of Atul Auto & Asia Motor Works. In every organization all departments plays very vital role. All departments are interdependent on each other. In this report it is mention that how HR department performs their tasks.
