ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle ensures accurate alignment without overspray


The No. 46500A ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle combines a snap-on pipe connection with easy-to-install and replace spray tips for added versatility. An adjustable, swivel-type ball makes fast work of changing the direction of the spray without disturbing the pipe connection. Spray tips are automatically aligned with a 10 offset to provide proper coverage. The nozzle is constructed of ProMax material. ProMax material is a chemically coupled, glass-reinforced engineering

grade of polypropylene that combines strength and durability with excellent chemical resistance. This material makes the nozzle well suited for spraying phosphates, acids, solvents, and other caustics making it ideal for such metal pretreatment applications as cleaning, rinsing, conversion coating, and wetting. The ProMax Clip-Eyelet nozzle accepts ProMax Quick FullJet VeeJet and WhirlJet spray tips, or a conventional nozzle when used with a threaded ball. The ProMax Quick FullJet tips are available with standard angles in nine capacities ranging from .19 to 2.9 gpm at 40 psi (.85 to 12.7 l/min at 4 bar). Also offered are wide angle models with seven capacities ranging from .51 to 2.6 gpm at 40 psi (2.3 to 11.5 l/min at 4 bar). Clip-Eyelet Nozzle System speeds installation and maintenance


Designed to ensure easy installation and minimal maintenance downtime, the Clip-Eyelet nozzle assembly simply snaps onto an existing header. The nozzle tip is then installed, aligned, and secured by twisting the cap all by hand. The assembly is affixed to the header by a spring-grade stainless steel clamp which fits a 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", or 2" pipe. Along with convenience, the Clip-Eyelet Nozzle System offers the consistent spray patterns, even coverage, and chemical resistance needed for effective cleaning, conversion coating, and rinsing. The ball-type Clip-Eyelet spray tips allow the spray pattern to be directed very precisely at the

surfaces being sprayed. The nozzles glass-reinforced polypropylene construction withstands high temperatures and resists corrosion at pressures of up to 60 psi (4 bar) and temperatures up to 180F (82C). You can choose from more than 30 different configurations of flat and hollow cone spray tips with spray angles from 15 to 80, and capacities ranging from .35 to 12.2 gpm (1.21 to 46 l/min), at pressures from 5 to 60 psi (.3 to 4 bar). For added versatility, you can select an optional threaded ball that accepts a wide variety of conventional nozzles, a blank spray tip which stops the flow of liquid, and a ProMax ball for use with ProMax FullJet, VeeJet, and WhirlJet tips.

The ProMax QuickJet spray nozzles have a simple, two-part assembly with a unique patented spray tip design that makes tip changing quick and effortless. Because of the nozzles easy grip spray tips, tip installation can be done by hand, in seconds, and without tools. Replacing the spray tip is even easier due to a detent flexing member thats located on the spray tip. It provides a renewed snap-in feel whenever the tip is replaced. The nozzle measures slightly over 1" (2.54 cm) when mounted in a standard header. This makes the nozzle an excellent choice for applications where space is limited. It also features the same two-part assembly as the larger ProMax nozzle, which makes spray tip changing quick and easy. The nozzle is available with standard angles in capacities ranging from .15 to .8 gpm at 40 psi (.59 to 3.2 l/min at 3 bar).

Adjustable Ball-Type Nozzle ensures accurate spray alignment


The Model 37235 Adjustable Ball-Type Nozzle has a threaded pipe connection and permits quick, convenient positioning of the spray tip for accurate spray alignment and reduced overspraying. The nozzle features spray tips that are easily removed for cleaning and replacement. The Clip-Eyelet ball-type tips are color coded by flow rate to speed changeout. Plus, the nozzle has a retaining cap that holds the tip in position, even when the nozzle is jarred or is subjected to vibration. Both hollow cone and flat spray patterns are available. Constructed of polypropylene for excellent chemical and heat resistance, up to 180F (82C), the nozzle can be used in cleaning, conversion coating, wetting, and rinsing applications. A VITON O-ring assures a secure seal at all adjusted spray angles. Maximum recommended operating pressure is 125 psi (8.6 bar). The nozzle is available with a 3/8" and 1/2" NPT or BSPT male inlet pipe connection. It accepts four different tip options color-coded ball-type Clip-Eyelet tips; a ProMax ball for use with ProMax FullJet, VeeJet, and WhirlJet tips; a threaded ball for spray nozzles with 1/4" and 3/8" NPT or BSPT male inlet connections; or a blank tip.

ProMax HP Eyelet offers unique hinged design that speeds changeout


The No. 38625 HP Eyelet is the first pipe-mounted assembly of its kind that can be easily installed and removed by hand. The assemblys hinged body only requires one screw for hand tightening to the spray header. The screw may be installed from either side of the assembly for easy access. It also remains attached to the assembly when loosened to eliminate the chance of misplacing the screw. Constructed of a glass-filled polypropylene body and a polyphthalamide cap and clamp screw, the assembly features a square body for improved stability. This design also prevents rotation when the retaining cap is removed or tightened. It accepts four different tip options the ProMax ball for use with ProMax FullJet, VeeJet, and WhirlJet spray tips; a threaded ball for spray nozzles with 1/4" and 3/8" NPT or BSPT (M) inlet connections; or a blank tip. It offers adjustability up to 56.

WindJet air control nozzles speed drying time, prevent overspray


Our WindJet nozzles are ideal for removing excess rinse water and speeding drying times. They can also be used for drying crevices and other hard-toreach areas. Or, mount them side-by-side to produce an effective curtain of air that prevents cleaning or coating chemical carryover. Designed for air control applications requiring a single stream, high-impact jet of air, the Model 707 WindJet nozzle produces a tightly directed round spray pattern with minimum noise levels. Its efficient use of air reduces air consumption costs and the nozzle meets OSHA standard 1910.95 for noise and dead-end pressure specifications. The nozzle is available in either durable ABS plastic, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), sturdy aluminum, and stainless steel. A KYNAR (PVDF) version of the nozzle is also offered. The nozzle is also available in aluminum or stainless steel for even greater durability and temperature resistance. Extended ribs protect the nozzles recessed orifices against external damage. The ribs provide an air escape should the nozzle be placed against a surface. With its 1/4" NPT or BSPT male inlet connection, the nozzle can be mounted in a header or manifold for fixed applications, or attached to a hand-held spray gun for manual blow-off applications.

Our multi-channel Model 727 WindJet nozzle is designed to generate quiet, efficient, and controlled distribution of compressed air. Available in ABS plastic, PPS, and aluminum, the nozzles air stream is discharged through 16 precision orifices that convert a low-pressure flow of compressed air into a targeted, high velocity stream with uniform air distribution and precisely controlled spray pattern integrity. Recessed orifices protect against external damage, and also provide an air escape should the nozzle accidentally be placed against a surface. A convenient mounting hole provides correct positioning on the header or manifold for fixed applications. A threaded 1/4" NPT or BSPT inlet connection permits attachment of the nozzle to a trigger valve spray gun for easy-to-control handheld operation. The ABS and PPS Model 727 WindJet nozzles also meet OSHA specifications for dead-end pressure and standard 1910.95 for noise. The Model 727 WindJet nozzle is also available in aluminum for applications requiring greater durability.

Looking for a very high-impact spray with a narrow spray angle for your cleaning or rinsing application? Look no further than our stainless steel FlatJet nozzles. Their precisionmachined deflector plane produces a uniform, high-impact flat spray pattern with sharply defined edges, ideal where a tightly controlled pattern is required. FlatJet nozzles offer rated spray angles ranging from 15 to 50. Flow rates range from .40 to 20 gpm at 40 psi (1.8 to 91 l/min at 4 bar). NPT or BSPT male inlet connections include 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" sizes. Quick FlatJet flat spray tips offer the same advantages of standard FlatJet nozzles with the added time-saving benefits of a quick-connect, one-quarter turn installation and automatic spray alignment without tools. The Quick FlatJet spray tips are available with rated spray angles ranging from 15 to 50 and flow rates from 6.0 to 12.5 gpm at 40 psi (27 to 57 l/min at 4 bar). Uniform conversion coating coverage is essential for a consistent surface finish. Thats why many companies, relying on zinc phosphate systems to produce the highest quality coatings, count on our stainless steel WhirlJet spray nozzles. WhirlJet nozzles feature a hollow cone spray pattern with a ring-shaped impact area and rated spray angles of 40 to 140. They produce a uniform distribution of small- to medium-sized drops over a wide range of flow rates and pressures. Large, unobstructed flow passages minimize or eliminate clogging. Flow rates range from .10 to 24.0 gpm at 40 psi (.46 to 109 l/min at 4 bar). The nozzles are available with 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" NPT or BSPT male or female inlet connections. Dependable FullJet nozzles provide complete spray coverage


A solid, cone-shaped spray pattern with a round impact area makes our stainless steel FullJet nozzles an excellent choice for rinsing away the residue left by cleaning and coating chemicals. The nozzles can also be used to prevent drying between pretreatment stages. FullJet nozzles produce a uniform spray of medium- to large-sized drops over a wide range of flow rates and pressures. This uniform spray distribution results from a unique vane design with large flow passages and superior control characteristics. The vane and removable cap allow for inspection and cleaning without having to remove the nozzle body. A choice of spray angles ranging from 45 to 90 is available with flow rates ranging from .19 to 7.6 gpm at 40 psi (.85 to 34 l/min at 4 bar) and with 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT or BSPT male or female inlet connections. Along with a quick-connect, one-quarter turn installation and automatic alignment, Quick FullJet spray tips provide spray angles and flow rates similar to those of standard FullJet nozzles. FloodJet nozzles provide wide angle spray patterns at low pressures for economical rinsing
Producing a wide angle flat spray with medium impact, our stainless steel FloodJet nozzles are ideal for rinsing applications. These nozzles can also help to conserve rinsing solution. In addition to a uniform spray distribution of medium-sized drops, a precisionmachined deflector surface provides dependable, accurate control of deflection and spray angle. A round orifice and large, unobstructed flow passages minimize clogging problems. The nozzles are available with spray angles that range from 75 to 150. Flow rates range from .05 to 90 gpm at 40 psi (.20 to 355 l/min at 3 bar). Quick FloodJet spray tips provide the added benefit of quickconnect, one-quarter turn installation. Spray angles range from 75 to 150. Flow rates range from .05 to 12.0 gpm at 40 psi (.20 to 47 l/min at 3 bar).

An array of body sizes and a variety of inlet connection options are also available. Hydraulic atomizing nozzles use liquid pressure alone to produce finely atomized drops in a hollow cone spray pattern with uniform distribution. Flow rates range from 1.3 to 23 gph at 30 psi (4.8 to 84 l/h at 2 bar).

Tank mixing eductors improve pump circulation, reduce settling


The No. 46550 Tank Mixing Eductor, when combined with a centrifugal pump, improves liquid circulation and agitation in closed or open recirculating process tanks. The eductor contains no moving parts to wear out or maintain. It provides a homogeneous fluid mix between the bottom and top of the tank without the use of costly and inefficient air agitation. Not only is it a cost effective way for achieving optimum liquid tank performance, it also allows smaller pumps to circulate larger volumes of tank solution for possible energy savings.

Air and hydraulic atomizing nozzles help keep parts wet between pretreatment stages
The extremely fine atomized spray produced by air atomizing nozzles is the result of compressed air being mixed with liquid under pressure. Designed to operate at air pressures ranging from 10 to 60 psi (.7 to 4.0 bar), the nozzles can be specified with pressure or siphon/gravity liquid feed spray set-ups.

The eductor is available in glass-reinforced polypropylene or cast 316 stainless steel. The polypropylene version features a 1/4", 3/8", 3/4", or 1-1/2" NPT or BSPT (M) inlet connection. Inlet connection sizes for the stainless steel model include 3/8", 3/4", and 1-1/2" NPT or BSPT (M). A PVDF version of the eductor is also offered.
