Terms and Conditions

Purchase and take possession of an Autonet Mobile router from March 08, 2009, to May 31, 2009, and qualify for $100 via mail-in rebate. Qualifying
products must be purchased on a printed sales receipt from an Autonet Mobile Authorized Reseller located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
This offer is for end-user customers only. Reseller and institutional purchases do not qualify for this offer. Only one (1) rebate permitted per product purchased.

PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY: All Autonet Mobile routers shipping during the promotion dates qualify.

PROOF OF PURCHASE: Submit proof of purchase consisting of the itemized, dated sales receipt(s) showing all products purchased; the selling entity’s name
and address; the serial numbers of the qualifying products; and the prices paid for the qualifying products. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Order
acknowledgments, packing slips, and purchase order copies are not valid.

REBATE SCHEDULE: The mail-in rebate is good for up to $100 of a qualified purchase.

CLAIM PROCEDURES: Claims must be submitted via mail-in rebate. Rebate coupons may not be altered. Duplicate or incomplete coupons will not be hon

ored. Mail the envelope enclosing the completed original coupon and proof of purchase. The envelope must be postmarked by May 30, 2009. Rebates with

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If a product required for promotion redemption is returned in exchange for another

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Autonet Mobile and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected,
or postage-due rebate requests. Providing false information disqualifies this rebate request. Apple reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any rebate
request deemed to be false or fraudulent. Allow twelve (12) weeks from the date the claim is processed to receive the rebate. Checks must be mailed to an
address within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other
