ABOUT

for the Summer 2013 Session!

BEETS (Band of Environmentally Educated and Employable Teens) is a green job training program for 15-19 year olds, primarily living in the Western Addition of San Francisco. Working in community gardens and parks Designing and building gardens Learning basic garden maintenance Assisting and Teaching garden classes Interns attend job training and career development workshops, educational opportunities, and field trips throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

BEETS Gain Experience:

WHAT

Training and hands-on experience in the field of green jobs. Build your resume, attend workshops and field trips. Earn ~ $8/hour stipend

June 11-August 8, 2013
