Net worthy CreditsIncreased output of chalk VRM from 6tph to 13tph. - Chalk VRM was designed for a 15tph. But it was giving low 6.5 tph. - We used to take chalk from outsiders. We provided curtain plates between rollers, optimized gap at bumper plates, installed o-sepa at very low cost. Now there is sufficient production of chalk ie.13tph. - Thus making us less dependent on outside agencies. - Increased output of Batching plant by analyzing the batching and mixing cycle .we provided leak proof gates causing cycle time reduction from previous 9min/cycle to 6min/cycle causing increase in production from 300tpd to 700tpd. - Increase capacity of elevator from 65 TPH to 100TPH.It was done by doing retrofitting the same elevator with new chain, Head Sprocket only. - Converting Packing plant from existing building having 8 spouts Roto Packer to 16 spout roto packer. - Packing plant, all mechanical, civil drawing inspection and correction done independently. - Making in house arrangement of ring burner for roller press sleeve replacement. CHASNUPP is a 325MW PWR [Pressurized water reactor] power plant {325MW Westinghouse Steam turbine one HP and two LP cylinders with MSR (Moisture separator and reheater)}.
