Learning Outcomes: Pupils learn what nutrients are and their function towards increasing sports
performance. Also, what a healthy diet includes and what eating patterns should be followed pre,
during and post - physical activity for a sports performer

You are a professional nutritionist and your client (same client for the 6-week training programme) has
asked you to provide them with information on what they should be eating in order to maximise
performance in both training and games.
Produce a portfolio (booklet) of your work which you can then give to your client.
