Life style is A way of living of individuals, families (households), and societies, which they manifest in coping with their physical, psychological, social, and economic environments on a day-to-day basis. 2. Anorexia is a serious eating disorder that is identified by refusal to eat, an intense desire to be thin, repeated dieting attempts, and excessive weight loss. 3. Bulimia is an illness in which a person has regular episodes of overeating and feels a loss of control. The person then uses different methods -- such as vomiting or abusing laxatives -- to prevent weight gain. 4. Malnutrition is a condition where the body's impaired use of nutrients for growth, development and activity. Malnutrition can be caused by lack of food intake as well as the disruption of the absorption, digestion and utilization of nutrients in the body. 5. Night eating syndrome (NES) is a complex condition that involves an eating, sleeping and psychological disorder. Signs of NES include skipping breakfast, eating half of daily calories after dinner and waking up at night and eating to fall back asleep. 6. Acupuncture is a collection of procedures which involves the stimulation of points on the body using a variety of techniques, such as penetrating the skin with needles that are then manipulated manually or by electrical stimulation. It is one of the key components of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and is among the oldest healing practices in the world. According to the traditional Chinese medicine approach, stimulating specific acupuncture points corrects imbalances in the flow of qi through channels known as meridians. 7. Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems. 8. Diet is setting the type and amount of food with a specific purpose such as to maintain the health and nutritional status and help cure the disease. 9. Dietician (dietitian) is a medical professional who specializes in dietetika, the study of nutrition and the use of a special diet to prevent and treat disease. 10. Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, as well as for the purpose of enjoyment. 11. Medication (drugs) are substances that are given for the purpose of diagnosis, cure, treatment, lowering (reliever), prevention of disease. 12. Mesotherapy is an aesthetic medical specialty, which involves injecting microscopic quantities of pharmaceutical agents, natural plant extracts, homeopathic agents, and/or vitamins into the skin.

13. Obesity is a chronic condition in which there is excessive amount of body fat. A certain amount of body fat is necessary for storing energy, heat proofing, reduce shock, and other functions. 14. Overweight is a condition where a person's weight exceeds the ideal weight tolerances that can be caused by a buildup of fat or non-fat. 15. Weight scale is a measuring instrument for determining the weight or mass of an object. Weighing scales are used in many industrial and commercial applications, and products from feathers to loaded tractor-trailers are sold by weight. Specialized medical scales and bathroom scales are used to measure the body weight of human beings. 16. Smoking is a hard habit to break because tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive.
