com Angelic Inspirations My Story The first angel experience that I can vividly remember was at the age of seven. I had gone to bed upset and was tossing and turning in my sleep when suddenly a brilliant light entered the room. At first I felt very frightened as I had no id ea what it was, and in that instant, the light took the form of an angel; it app eared very translucent. I felt enormous amounts of love wash over me and I heard the angel say to me that Everything was going to be okay. The message was very si mple and comforting. But what really comforted me was the loving energy I felt t hat went beyond all of my senses and fully connected me to the overwhelming love of the angels. Another memory is from when I was eight or nine years old. I remember looking in the mirror and feeling like an ugly duckling I had freckles and I was skinny. I always felt different like I never fit in but never understood why. The next mo ment, I was shown a vision of my adult self and saw an extremely confident and b eautiful blonde woman who was dressed so cool. I was surrounded by large audienc es and was told my job on earth was to help other people. I immediately protested and said that could not possibly be me. I never imagined that I could be that co nfident or beautiful. Again I was shown the same vision and this time they showe d me clearing customs at many airports around the world. I kept these visions to myself and told no one, not even my sister Diane, who was and still is one of m y best friends to this day. Renowned angel author and teacher, Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., tells us in her book The Light Workers Way, that Light Workers are those who volunteered before birth to help the planet and its population heal from the effects of fear. Each Light Wor ker is here for a sacred purpose. Very often, however, life on earth, with its m aterial focuses, creates a form of amnesia in Light Workers. They forget their d ivine and perfect identities, and also forget their ability to miraculously help the earth and all living creatures. When Light Workers forget their true identi ty and purpose, they feel lost and afraid. Like something is missing but they do nt know what it is. Although I realize now that the angels had always been guiding and helping me, I didnt have another profound angel vision until I was twenty-two years old. It wa s then I received a very strong message to clean up my act and to stop drinking. New Zealand has a party culture and drinking is perfectly normal and socially a cceptable. I had been partying up a storm from a very young age. I wanted to giv e it up and would always think one more party and then next weekend Ill be good. Of course, the next weekend never came. After the angels message was delivered to m e, almost overnight I developed a strong aversion to drinking. I had gone from d rinking large quantities to barely tolerating one or two glasses of wine. I have experienced so many angel stories and events over the years that I hardly know where to begin to share them all. My next big revelation was to follow gui dance I received from the angels to travel to San Francisco. They gave me no spe cific reason why; I just felt a very strong urge to go there. With a leap of fai th and not knowing anyone in America, I left New Zealand behind and traveled to California with my two suitcases. My life was forever altered. I love living her e and have experienced many wonderful people, places, and events.

Often when we get these intuitive feelings they feel right in our body, but make no logical sense whatsoever. This is because wisdom does not come from the logi cal mind but from the Divine Mind, which exists out of time and space. One of my most powerful and memorable angel experiences came when I met my husba nd at age thirty-four. The evening before I met Steven, I had gone out to my bac k lawn and was lying on the grass looking up at the stars. I was feeling so sad, angry, hurt, and resentful, and was wondering what was wrong with me and why mo st of my relationships with men had been disastrous. I knew my heart could not t ake one more break-up. I put my foot down with the angels and demanded that they bring me my life partner or I would resign as their ambassador. Shortly after t hat statement, I felt tremendous and gut wrenching pain wash up through my entir e body. I cried so hard for hours, it was like my soul was having a cathartic re lease. The next day I heard my angels say to me Go to the Starlight Ball Room and attend their Salsa class. I almost ignored the message and chickened out, but then thou ght, what did I have to lose? I was running late and when I entered the ballroom it was already packed. The next moment, a beam of light came down and directed me towards a man. When I stood next to him, all the cells in my body started to vibrate. A tunnel of white light opened and I saw a vision of us getting married . Yes, I was most surprised I had never experienced anything like this before. T en days later we were engaged and living together. This was nine years ago and w e are heading into our tenth year together. I could not imagine going through li fe with anyone else by my side; we are truly each others best friend. We both enj oy feeling on purpose, and enjoy immense freedom and fun together. This doesnt me an we dont have our issues personality stuff has come up but we work through it t ogether. And its the easiest and most fulfilling relationship I have ever had. Who Are the Angels? All of our prophets, spiritual masters and sacred texts teach us about the power of love and that this power lives within all of us. Angels are pure love and li ght. They are wise, high-level spiritual beings who are experts at assisting us to keep our hearts and thoughts open to love. When I feel disappointed or angry, my angels help me to keep my heart open, to release my emotions, and to see the higher perspective of my situation. Its important to note that we are not broken and do not need fixing. When we conn ect to the angels, its not from a place of giving our power away, but from a plac e of empowerment by asking for assistance. We also do not need the angels for ou r information as we can go straight to the divine mind or to our Higher Self to get our own wisdom. At a spiritual level, we are all connected to the same power source. The main purpose of the angels is to teach, guide, and comfort. Because they have no ego, this means they are pure love and light. When they connect wi th us, their messages are usually brief and always delivered with the energy of love and support. If we ignore their messages or keep falling down, they never g et mad at or disappointed in us. They see us as we truly are unlimited, powerful beings. The angels want you to know that they really do exist. They are your biggest sup porters, greatest admirers, and expert spiritual and life coaches. They want to see you succeed, to enjoy more inner peace, and to fulfill your life purpose. The angels know every aspect of us intimately and they know what our life purpos e is. They know what our soul came here to achieve. They help us release old iss ues and remove obstacles that keep us from achieving our life purpose and inner happiness. In all of the years that I have coached people, I find the emotional body is whe

re people consistently get stuck and feel un-resourceful. Sometimes we fall into the false belief that if we keep processing or try and heal our issues, we will be happy. But by keeping our attention on our issues we keep them fully alive, because wherever we place our attention is what we experience in life. There is no value in keeping painful memories alive by reliving them in our minds or by c onstantly talking about them. Usually there is some type of forgiveness work to be done, even though there are no victims or victors as we all co-create our life situations (sometimes we for get this). Archangel Michael calls forgiveness work, emotional forgetfulness, as it truly helps us to integrate painful memories and release stuck emotions. Whe n we give meaning to an event we experience the meaning, not the actual event. I t can be useful to change the meaning we place on our events to experience a dif ferent outcome. It is never too late to reframe events from our past or current reality. Guardian Angels Each person has two or more guardian angels that are assigned to them from birth . One guardian angel is normally extroverted and pushes you to make choices for your highest good. This angel knows your talents and potential, and encourages y ou to shine brightly in all ways. The other guardian angel is much quieter in its voice and energy. This angel com forts you when you are sad or lonely and helps to restore faith and hugs you whe n you are disappointed. The more you appreciate the angels, the more angels will gather to your side. You can also ask for more angels to join you. Arch Angels Archangels are like CEOs; they oversee the guardian angels. HowCan the Angels Help You? The angels operate under a law called free will. This means they can only help if you ask. They will only intervene if you are in a death situation and it is not your time to go. Angels are non-denominational and will freely help anyone who a sks, even if you are dubious about their existence. To ask for help, simply say Angels, I need your help. and they will instantly be a t your side. No request is too big or small and you need not worry that you are taking the angels away from more important tasks. Because they have no physical bodies or time constraints, they can be everywhere at once. The angels can help you with any situation, even something as simple as finding a lost object or a p arking space. They love to assist us because every time we create more inner pea ce, that peace spreads out into the world. They will guide you to the right plac es, the right people, and will help you to take guided action. A good way to loo k at this is: They will open the door for you, but it is up to you to decide to walk through the door. Hint: They will help give you the courage to walk through the door if you ask for it. What is the Purpose of the Angels? The main purpose of the angels is to teach, guide, and comfort. For example, the angels teach action, hope, and love. As the angel stories below demonstrate, th ey do come at times and provide miracles for us. pay the bills, having a relationship conflict, procrastination, concerns that p eople will not like you, and sometimes as nagging sensations in your body. When the effects of fear are removed, this allows us to enter into action. As fear is released, more love and light are available to us because we are more open to r eceiving it. As our heart opens, people and opportunities seamlessly are attract ed to us. When more is attracted to us, we feel uplifted and positive, and engag e in thoughts, words, and actions that are in alignment with our goals. The upwa rd spiral continues. Even when you are feeling good, it is important to create and engage in daily ri tuals so the roots of fear do not grow back. The angels can help motivate you to take these daily rituals. They are also great at guiding you to the perfect res ources that will work for you such as a life coach, class, book, DVD, etc. Sometimes you may feel discouraged that you are not getting your angel messages. You may give up on the angels, but know that they never give up on you. You see , your experiences, thoughts, fears, and worries are not the true you; they are something you experience. Your angels always hold you in your highest light and are always at your side. They are your true companions that never leave you. Som etimes in my life when I could not feel them it was always because I was in some type of fear or worry. Even though they were there, my fear acted as a block. I magine you are talking to a friend on the phone and all of a sudden, there is so much static on the phone that you no longer can hear them, but you know they ar e still there. It can feel frustrating. This is a metaphor for how fear acts in our lives. The good news is no matter what state you are in, it can be turned ar ound very quickly. Angels are fabulous for assisting with releasing fearful thou ghts. The truth is you are a powerful, amazing person who is capable of achievin g anything your heart desires, regardless of your current outside circumstance. With your angels by your side you can guarantee a steady pathway of success. You r angels will also remind you that the power is within you and not within them. I have been working consistently with the angels for the past nine years and I h ave never worked so diligently in my life. I also have more overall abundant joy , happiness, financial freedom, good looks, and feel fulfilled with being on pur pose. When you start working with the angels, they will often bring in lots of signs a nd maybe even some miracles. They do this so you will believe that they exist an d to create a relationship with you based on love and trust. But as your relatio nship matures with the angels, they often take a back seat while still lovingly watching over you. How Do We Receive Information From the Angels? Every person has four main methods for receiving their divine guidance: Through our senses of sight, sound, feeling and thought. Clairvoyance Means clear seeing, and brings guidance in the form of still pictur es or miniature movies in your minds eye. The angels may communicate with you by bringing you the perfect book, showing you a vision or a stunning rainbow, or yo u may be led to view a certain movie.Clairaudience Means clear hearing and invol ves hearing your guidance through words coming from within your head or outside it, although it may not sound like your own voice. The angels use very short mes sages or single words and will keep repeating those messages or words until you act upon the guidance. You will often think, Hey, I already knew that because it a lways feels right on. Clairsentience Means clear feeling and involves receiving guidance as an emotion or a physical sensation such as a smell, touch, or a tightening of muscles. For example, you may wonder whether or not to take a certain job and get a tighteni ng in your body when you think about it; this is valuable information. Or you ma

y get an uneasy sense when you meet someone listen to this. Sometimes this kind of information can be difficult to receive because we dismiss our feelings and t hink, its just me. Claircognizance Means clear knowing suddenly you will know something for a fact without knowing how you know. You may have an insight or be able to fix somethin g without knowing how. We usually receive guidance through the same communication channel or channels t hat we experience every day. If you are more of a creative artist and visual per son you are likely to be clairvoyant. The third eye relates to this channel. If you pay attention to peoples voices, music and noises, your channel is auditor y and the ear charkas relate to this channel. Other people experience life through their emotions and senses and are feeling o riented, the heart is related to this channel. Those who focus on the underlying messages and meanings of their experiences are more cognitively oriented. The c rown charka is related to this channel. These people are usually scientists and engineers. You may be open to all these channels, but you will find you are usually stronge r in one channel than another. Choose your predominant channel and for the next week, focus entirely on that channel. Create a special book for yourself and eac h day write down the things you experience and notice. The angels are always communicating with you and trying to get your attention. T hey will engage with you in ways that resonate and delight you. Start trusting t hat you can receive their guidance and intend to notice their signs. Tools to OpenYourself to Divine Guidance 1. The first step to opening yourself to receive divine communication is by maki ng the decision to do so. Really choose it. The word decision comes from the Lat in root and means to cut off when you make a firm decision it cuts off all wishi ng, hopes and maybes. 2. Commit to spend ten minutes a day in silent meditation with the intention of connecting. Make this the most important part of your day. This will help you bu ild your skill set. I still do this daily, along with clearing my chakras, cente ring myself, and setting my daily intentions. 3. Breathe deep. Deep breathing will make it easier for the angels to communicat e with you. They imbue each molecule of oxygen with guidance and instruction. An y time you want rapid movement in your life, breathe more deeply. 4. Keep your physical body healthy through light nutritional foods, exercise, pl enty of water, and by keeping your charkas clean. These are all methods that wil l help the angels communicate more powerfully and clearly to you. All the stories below are true stories, nothing has been embellished, and I have generously been granted permission to use them. Angel Stories Healing of a Migraine Headache As a freelance art director working from my home, I was extremely busy with moun

tains of project work and raising two small children. But I was managing to find a balance and in my spare time I was reading a lot, mostly spiritual books abou t meditation and angels. One afternoon, with one of the girls at school and the other at the babysitter, I was focused on a looming project deadline with many last minute details that n eeded to be attended to. At what seemed to be the absolute worst timing, I was s uddenly hit with a migraine headache. It was a big one, the kind that takes two days to recover from. The medicine that I took didnt help at all. The pain was se vere and the sensitivity to light and sound made it difficult for me to function . I had no choice but to lie down in my bed and wait it out. As I lay there, I pra yed to my angels to please help me because I needed to get this work done. Momen ts later, I felt a hand softly move from my forehead and over my closed eyes and then lift off my face. The sense of compassion and care was palpable, and then the pain was gone. My eyes popped open wide as I realized what had just happened . I immediately called my friend who had been studying about angels with me and shared my story with her. We were both amazed. With divine help, all of my work was finished that day, on time, and exactly as it had been requested. Ann E. King www.kingcitystudio.com Curing of Alcoholism Through Bridget, my angels told me that I am someone who tends to hold myself ba ck from others that I forsake my own leadership because I feel bad about leaving others behind and that I should go ahead and take the lead knowing that others will follow. I started to cry when I heard those words, as I am while writing th is, because in an instant, I felt more known and more seen than I had ever felt before. There really was someone looking out for me! So when I called Bridget one afternoon and the first thing she said to me was th at my angels wanted to cure me of my alcoholism, I was astonished but open to an ything. I had learned from Bridget that my angels could remove certain obstacles or patterns of behavior as long as I agreed. I hesitated to say "yes" to the cu re since I had come to believe that Id be an alcoholic in recovery for the rest of my life. Then I remembered that the AA Big Book says that "no humanly power" could cure me of my alcoholism, and here was a heavenly power offering to do ju st that. Bridget also let me know that my angels can do anything. Its been almo st four years since that day and I have not had a problem with alcohol since. I rarely drink and most of the time, I dont bother about it at all. I got complet e with my AA community, with my friends one conversation at a time, and with AA as a whole when I announced my being cured at my home group. Some people congrat ulated me, some people wished they could have the same miracle, and some didnt believe me at all. C. Griess, California Forgiving an Abusive Parent A life changing miracle occurred for me at a spiritual workshop. I asked Archang el Michael to help me totally forgive my abusive dad. He granted me a vision. I saw my dads fist coming towards my face, then all of a sudden the fist turned int o a hug and my dad said Jim, I love you. I immediately started crying. This image helped me to release the abusive behavior and in that moment I was able to compl etely forgive my dad. I believe working with Archangel Michael has changed my li fe. I am seeing myself as a truly wonderful and loving person and I have no doub t that there will be more miracles in the future. It is a night that should have ended with me seriously injured, even dead.

The fact that this did not happen I can only attest to the angels in my life. B efore I describe what unfolded, I want to mention a bit about the part of the an gels in my life. I grew up Catholic, but angels had no more significance for me than that of characters in some mythology. Later, I fell in love with science an d spent eighteen years working at NASA Ames Research Center. In order for me to believe in something, it had to make sense to me. I had to be able to at least a t some level understand the origin as well as cause and effect of anything that happened or existed in life. I would not accept phenomenon at face value, and I figured for good reason as many people have been misled or hurt by misconstruing or not understanding why events in nature work. Yet all my life, deep in my hea rt I was struggling for a stronger spiritual connection with life and God. I cou ld not seeming hold on to a pathway that would satisfy that urging in me. Then Bridget came into my life and gently and persuasively, she opened my spirit ual awareness. In May of 2002, she introduced to me the angels in my life. I fel t within the fiber of my being the truth of such and my readiness for this infor mation, and surprisingly it was not a big leap for me to learn to accept. I came to see the angels not as middlemen to God who would do favors for me, but as gu ides in my life, to apply to my life that would lead to increased happiness and awareness. As never before in my life, I committed to working with them and seei ng them as the voices of love and light of God. Gradually but perceptibly, my li fe became more enhanced. I now felt more connected with my environment, both phy sically and spiritually, and my confidence in my own success grew. Now that fateful night for me back on October 5, 2002. I was cruising down Homes tead Road in Santa Clara on my way to Bridgets home when a car in a leftturn la ne facing me decided to go for it just as I entered the intersection. I was trav eling about forty-five miles per hour when I crashed into the car head-on. Looki ng back, it seemed so surreal. I had perhaps a fraction of a second from when I saw I was going to hit the car to when it actually happened, yet I remember thin king about Bridget, my children, and my friends. I dont think I had enough time for fear to set in, but I remembered feeling irritated. Then bam! I flew so har d and fast that it seemed within an instant I was on the ground. I never lost co nsciousness and my first thought while lying on the ground was a plea that no on e would run over me. Then I started gingerly touching my body and was surprised there was no pain. I tried moving and that was no problem. I then stood up and s aw the lady getting out of her car, her face as white as a ghost. I looked at th e motorcycle and it was crushed. Apparently I had a death grip on the handlebars and the force that ripped me from the bike was so strong I had bent the hardene d steel of the bars. I more closely examined myself and I couldnt find anything wrong. I couldnt find a scrape, let alone a broken bone. I was wearing slacks and a jacket along with my helmet, but not a stitch of clothing was torn. I was shocked. The police arrived and they later told me they were expecting a corpse, or at least someone terribly injured. I was told that the vast majority of moto rcycle accidents end in serious injury or death, and that at least something hap pens to the rest. I had no cuts, bruises, or raspberries. I could see the immens e relief in the face of the driver who collided with me. Now I must say that I remembered what I was thinking going down Homestead Road t hat night. On a motorcycle, there isnt as much to distract one as in a car. I d idnt have a stereo, cell phone, or someone talking next to me. While driving alon g, I had elected to connect to my angels. I felt a sense of surety and calmness prior to the accident and I was enjoying my private conversation with them. The peace I felt was palatable. Then immediately after the accident, while sitting o n my butt in the middle of the street, I could feel even stronger the presence o f the angels surrounding me. I was told that it wasnt my time, that there was m ore for me to accomplish, and that things would go very well for me. I wasnt in the mood to argue. To say the least, it was prophetic. Shortly after the accide nt, my income began rising and other opportunities arose. My relationships with those I love markedly improved. My health became stronger. Given the miracle tha

t occurred for me that night, I cannot come to any other conclusion that the ang els in my life are truly guiding me. It isnt to say that it couldnt have been my time, but I cannot explain it in any other fashion. And the real miracle for me is how they taught me to engage my life more fully, not to sit back and wait for things to happen. It is almost as if I have a team of coaches supporting me. My life now seems so truly blessed, almost magical, but I know that I had some very real help that anyone can tune into. I will always look back at that night as a very pivotal evening in my life. Steven Kiefel, CA Mechanical Repair We were experiencing an intense heat wave and right when this heat wave occurred , my air conditioning decided to stop working. I immediately called the repairma n, who said he would be over by 5pm that day. He did not show up and I was feeli ng very lethargic and unable to work from home in the heat. The next morning I p romptly rang the repairman to hear lots of apologies and promises that he would be over that day; again he did not show up. I called all of the other repair com panies, but the next available appointment was days away. By this stage, I was f eeling so frustrated and drained that I broke down into tears and sobbed my eyes out. After I stopped, I started laughing to myself as I had forgotten to ask my angels for help. I invoked Archangel Michael (who helps with mechanical repairs ) to please come and assist me. Much to my utter delight, within five minutes I heard the air conditioning start up and the cool air started flowing through the house. Bridget Engel, CAPet Healing I was speaking with my mother on the telephone in New Zealand and she was feelin g very worried about her older Siamese cat named Chico. One of his back teeth wa s rotten and he had an infection in his mouth. We carried on with our conversati on and when I got off the phone, I asked Archangel Raphael, the Angel of Healing , to assist Chico. I later spoke to my mother, who said that shortly after she h ung up the phone, Chico made a loud howling noise. She wrapped him in a blanket because blood started to gush out of his mouth miraculously his rotten tooth had fallen out. He wiggled out of her arms, went to his food bowl and started eatin g. She also told me that the awful smelling infection from his mouth had also he aled. L. Turner, New Zealand Roadside Assistance Recently I was traveling with my dog in the far north of California, in a very i solated area up near Lava Beds National Monument. Driving a new car, I misjudged the gas mileage and realized that the fuel was getting very low. In fact, the t rip computer said I had ZERO miles left to empty, even though the nearest town w as about twenty miles away. I belong to AAA but had to wonder if my cell phone w ould work in this remote location and it was already getting late in the day. Wh y was I so stupid?! Remembering the power of Archangel Michael, I entreated him to please help and n ot let me run out of gas. I felt a wave of peace and re-assurance wash down on m e as if my prayer was instantly being answered. I continued driving without fear and reached the nearest town where I was sure a gas station awaited. Just in ti me, too, because I was running on fumes by then. I spotted some gas pumps outsid e a general store and drove straight over to fill up. Imagine the shock when I read the sign outside: No gas, pumps empty. Immediately I gave in to fear, thinking in a panic Hey Michael, whats up? But I swear it was no t more than ten seconds later that a handsome young man pulled up in an SUV, rol led down the window and asked if I needed gas. Why yes, Im completely empty, I repl ied. He instructed me to follow him to his farm a short distance away where he h

ad his own supply, as farmers often do. I followed and was soon getting enough g as to make it to the next town. I swear there was something strangely regal about this fellow and I asked why he just suddenly appeared like that to help me. Just needed something at the store , he explained. I told him he had turned up just like an angel and thanked him p rofusely, but he just smiled and waved goodbye as I drove off. But to this day I still wonder if angels really drive SUVs. Mark R. Willams, CABingo Winnings I have always believed in angels but had not experienced their influence until j ust recently. Bridget has always encouraged me to ask the angels for help in any situation.
