Subject: Metro Manila Conference 2013 First Memo Dear brothers and sisters, As we celebrate our 20th year as a ministry, CFC Singles for Christ started strong in 2013 with another recordbreaking International Conference (Witness) last February! Throughout our journey we have experienced different ups and downs, victories and defeats, sometimes too heavy a burden that we end up with our jars empty. But God remains faithful and He never seizes to fill us up and transform our tasteless water into the finest and sweetest wine. When we obey, we are bound to witness wonders beyond our expectations, blessings beyond measure. The year isnt over yet, and as we continue to journey towards the fulfillment of our vision to let every single man and woman experience Christ , we invite you once again to be filled to the brim, be ablaze, and be ready to set the world on fire with the fullness of Gods transforming love through our Metro Manila Conference on July 19-21, 2013 in Baguio City. Registration fee (inclusive of kit and meals) is Php920.00 for individuals, Php820.00 for groups of 3 or more, and Php1,520.00 for walk-in delegates (exclusive of kit and meals). Registration will be coursed through www.cfchomeoffice.com following the same procedure as the previous conferences. To entice more people to register, promotion packages will be given to sectors that will satisfy certain conditions. Kindly see the appropriate attachment included in this memo. ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Online registration will start on April 1, 2013, 12:01 AM. There will be no more manual registration. REGISTRATION PROCESS: STEP 1: LOG-IN at www.cfchomeoffice.com. For you to log in, you must have your Member ID Number which you can get from the Infosystem. Contact your chapter servants to have access to the information.

STEP 2: SELECT EVENT From the list of different events, choose SFC MMC 2013, and click REGISTER.

You will be led to the event page containing relevant details. Click Next.

STEP 6: PROCESS PAYMENT You will be able to review your total bill and your chosen payment option. Check on the box if you agree to the guidelines and the terms and conditions.

STEP 7: CONFIRM Your registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions) or pending (cash and bank transactions). If your transaction has items that Finance cannot reconcile, they will INVALIDATE or RETURN the transaction so that you can register again. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before your registration. A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for each transaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An email notification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and the delegation head. You can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED. Make sure you have this to avail of the rebates.

ANNEX DETAILED PAYMENT GUIDELINES

CASH OPTION After going through the online registration: 1. Take note of the Transaction ID and the Amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. Go to the CFC Center (#156 20 Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City) from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Pay this transaction to the CFC Cashier within 2-3 working days. Transactions not paid after 3 days will be cancelled. Once the transaction is cancelled, you have to conduct again another online transaction. The Cashier will then review payment and CONFIRM your transaction. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is not allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. See detailed guidelines. Bring a PRINTED copy of your email confirmation as a proof of your registration during the event.

CREDIT CARD OPTION After going through the online Registration, pay through CREDIT CARD: 1. 2. Use any MASTERCARD, VISA or JCB credit card. CFC Home Office website provides a secure server that handles confidential information such as credit card or payment information. This is encrypted using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the industry standard tool that encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and CFC. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet. As soon as your credit card payment is made successful, your transaction is also confirmed. UNSUCCESSFUL and REJECTED status will also be given to you if you didnt successfully enter your card details or there is a problem in your issuing bank. Note that for credit card transactions, you will have to pay an additional 4% of the total amount plus P10 per transaction as a service charge. BANK OPTION After going through the online registration: 1. Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. Deposit your payment to the nearest BPI (Savings Acct No: 3103 3205 76) or BDO (Savings Acct No: 6810 0207 04). Account Name: Couples for Christ Global Mission Foundation Inc. Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days upon registration. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation, Change of Name, or Refund of Transaction 1. Change of names or cancellation of transactions is NOT ALLOWED once the transaction has been confirmed. Deposit same amount in the BANK as what is reflected in the total amount in your transaction. Staggered deposits for one transaction are not allowed. Your Transaction will either be INVALIDATED or RETURNED by Finance. A transaction that has been INVALIDATED is not guaranteed to avail the same rates offered of the date in your last transaction. For example, if the transaction was made during the promo period and your transaction was INVALIDATED after the promo period, you will have to register again but with the current Registration Fee that is available on that period of your second registration.

4. Refund is applicable only in the following transactions: a. b. c. If your registration has been RETURNED after the last registration deadline. Therefore you cannot register again for the event even if you fix your transaction and payment. If your registration has been PENDING 14 working days after the last registration deadline. Therefore you will not have a CONFIRMED status on the day of the EVENT. If your transaction has been accidentally deleted by the Secretariat/Finance/Admin and therefore you were not able to officially register to the event. Unless you were informed before the deadline and you were able to make a new registration transaction like the deleted transaction. Notice for REFUND should be made in the next 30 days after the registration deadline. Just email the SECRETARIAT of the EVENT and give your BANK details. Wait for another 30 days to process your refund. Other than the above cases, REFUND is not applicable.

BANK Confirmation will take 14 working days from the day you entered your deposit details in the CFC Home Office Online. This may extend to 19 working days during peak season (deadline and end of the month). a. To be able to facilitate your TRANSACTION faster make sure you do the ff: i. Deposit the exact amount as reflected in the Transaction. Not lower, not staggered, not higher. ii. Write in the TIME of DEPOSIT the exact time in seconds as reflected in your deposit slip. During peak season, there are many deposits at the same time and some of the same amount. An exact deposit time will facilitate faster approval of your transaction. iii. Write in the Notes field some items or explanation you would want Finance to know about your transaction. iv. If your transaction has been pending for more than 19 working days, please call immediately CFC Finance c/o Joey at 709-4868 loc 39.
