STEEL WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Foster has always been a specialist when it comes to working with stainless steel and takes great care to use materials capable of providing
the best performance. Our entire range is made with AISI 304 - 18/10 austenitic steels. Thanks to the high percentages of chrome and
nickel they contain, they have a particularly bright finish, are extremely strong and absolutely resistant to rust and corrosion.

Satin finish Foster

The exclusive “extrafine satin finish” on Foster stainless
steel is the result of painstaking research, the aim being
to achieve the perfect combination between good looks
and function. A distinctive feature, a true trademark that
makes our products stand out, is the ease with which
they can be cleaned.

Microfoster
Quadra collection has been recently updated with
undermount proposals with Microfoster finish, a
scratchproof finish with an extrafine and almost
imperceptible textured appearance that gives the steel
a special shine.

INTEGRATION AND EVEN MORE

The methods by which worktops can be built-in have become increasingly varied and customised.
Foster was the first manufacturer to have researched and used the new recessing methods and has thus acquired a great deal
of experience. It now offers the most comprehensive range available on the market, with flush-mount, flat-edge and undermount
installation.

Flat-edge Q4 edge
An original edge, with an angled, 3-mm-high profile, Q4 is the new up-mount profile with square edges
matching the extreme elegance with the ease of that sits outside the work surface by just 4mm.

sunk into a one-millimetre deep recess in the worktop’s

PERFORMANCE WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Power, precision and user-friendliness are the features of these new induction cooker hobs. A perfect example of design
minimal yet sophisticated, thanks to the unmistakable coloured graphics of the cooking plates and the touch-control.
The in-line layout of the cooking area creates a pleasant feeling of freedom of movement, enabling to cook without limits
on a ever-clean cooker hob.

OPERATION
The induction cooker hob has the capability to
convey the power it creates directly onto the
bottom of the saucepan (with ferrous bottom).
Thus, no heat is dispersed and the energetic
efficiency index is higher than 90%. The result
is a cool cooker hob, and an astonishing speed
of cooking: less than one and a half minute to
bring 1 litre of water to boiling point.
The cooking area is activated only on the
surface directly in contact with the saucepan;
the rest of the cooking area remains cool,
which means that over spilled food will not
burn, and will be easier to clean.
The cool surface also makes it easier to move
around and above the hob, without risk of
accidental burning.

FEATURES
Safety: all Foster’s electric cooker hobs feature the most modern
and sophisticated safety protections: centralised power-off
function for the hob; child-proof safety lock; Safety System that
activates if the hob is accidentally powered; Overflow detector that
automatically turns off the plate and activates a warning buzzer;
automatic deactivation after three hours on to prevent accidents
caused by forgetfulness.

Smart Fan System

Correct ventilation is essential if the induction hob is to function in
the best possible way. The Foster system automatically regulates
the amount of ventilation to suit the temperatures reached.

This function increases the power delivered by up to 60%.

1mm strong sinks
Foster uses steel that is thicker than the type generally
used by other manufacturers. All Quadra sinks feature
1mm thick steel that guarantees high strength and long
lasting.
Recognising their elegant minimalism, Foster’s Quadra sinks
pay great attention to hygiene and functionality.
The little ray on the bottom corners facilitates the cleaning,
while the vertical ones, being rigorously sharp, maintain the
original essential concept.

All the bowls in Quadra sinks provide the generous depth
of 200mm, which is very large making them practical for ACCESSORIES
all washing operations.
Quadra collection is complimented by a vast range of accessories
that optimize the use of space and add a personal touch to the
kitchen.

Quadra sinks are equipped with a generously sized 89
mm waste fitting and practical strainer plug that prevents
solids from flowing away with the waste water. The 89 mm
waste empties the bowl very quickly and allows the Foster
wasteshredder to be used.

The automatic waste with remote control is part of the
standard equipment supplied with some of the models.
A very convenient accessory that saves you from wetting
your hands when the bowl needs emptying.

 HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE FOR STEEL
Stainless steel products do not need any particular ser-
vicing. However, they do require a certain care and use
of adequate detergents for daily cleaning. By and large,
all that’s needed is to wash with hot water and soap, and
thoroughly rinse and dry with a cloth.
Do not use: hydrochloric acid, abrasive powders, steel
wool, brushes and products for cleaning silver.

When it comes to detergents for cleaning steel, Foster

recommends the products in the Steel Clean line:
all-purpose aerosol, microfiber cloth and professional
cream.
