2013 for CeProSARD is a year that will be dedicated for association of entities operating in RES and EE area. Our ongoing activities continued with organizing the workshop held at the Training Center CeProSARD. Representatives from the business sector, the presenters of the Ministry of Economy and banks informed the participants about the opportunities to leverage financial support for their business in our country. Public hearing on the special list for minimum requirements for good agricultural practice and environmental protection CeProSARD as activity in the project "Strengthening public-private dialogue through more effective representation of the value chain for fresh fruits and vegetables and processed vegetables" held a public hearing for a list of specific minimum requirements for good agricultural practice and environmental protection. The hearing was officially opened by Mr. Ljupco Dimovski, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, and introduced specific requirements relating to the application of standards and procedures in production that needed to be met to be able to use the right to financial support in the area of direct payments in agriculture and rural development. The event ended with a discussion between the audience and their suggestions and guidelines for changes in the list. The hearing was held on 13.02.2013 in the conference room of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and was organized in collaboration with the Center for Innovation and supported by USAI- AgBiz.

CeProSARD officially opened the training center for RES and EE CeProSARD as part of the project activities in AgroEnergy by cutting a red tape, officially opened the training center for conducting training for the use of renewable energy sources and improving energy efficiency. The event was opened by Mrs. Gabriela Micevska, project manager, and speeches were given by the Ambassador of Sweden in Macedonia and the director of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Macedonia. This Training Center is made according to the principles of energy efficiency and has demonstration equipment installed for the utilization of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic panels, windmill for manufacturing electrical energy, and other equipment

Promotion of the "Study on the use of agricultural land for the cultivation of energy crops and the effects on food security and the protection of biodiversity in the RM On February 14, in Hotel Arka, CeProSARD organized the promotion of a study on the use of agricultural land for the cultivation of energy crops and the effects on food security and the protection of biodiversity in Macedonia, in cooperation with the National Democratic Institute (NDI). This promotion was attended by representatives of the committees on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Committee on Transport, Communications and Environment, and the Economy Commission, and representatives from government and non-government sector. At this event, despite the launch of this publication, their presentations had Dr. Josif Mitrikeski who was speaking about the cultivation of energy crops in Republic of Macedonia and Dr. Suzana Kratovalieva who was talking about the impact that the energy cultures have on biodiversity.

Workshop for modification of national support programs CeProSARD within the project component Strengthening public-private dialogue through more effective representation of the value chain for fresh fruits and vegetables and processed vegetables on the 19th and 20th of February at Hotel Sirius Strumica organized a workshop for preparation of a proposal for modification of national support programs and IPARD. The workshop was attended by representatives of the members subsector groups of fruit and vegetable at MAFWE and on the same ongoing support programs were considered and developed proposals for their modification that were presented to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Ljupco Dimovski. The aim of the project is to provide conditions for the establishment of dialogue between the public and private sector by strengthening the capacities of the participants in the value chain and representatives of governmental institutions. The workshop was organized within the AgBiz program funded by USAID, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture,Forestry and Water Management of Macedonia
