A right from the beginning Skills combined with top class professional completely down, iso earth practical ability to take on any situation in its stride. Its production is very brief in the beginning of firm,but it accept a new tecnology then it gat more and more.

HAVMOR PLASTICS is having more production capacity with latest technology The management of HAVMOR PLASTICS commenced production of 10 TAN PLASTICS per month, today the target of the year . Its total capacity is 15 tan something. Its starting capacity is 3 tan per month. A strong marketing network in Rajkot & Gujarat is already being establish the products of the company

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
The industrial relationship can keep broad base for the firm to undergo the transactions. The firm should keep good relations with all the other manufacturing firms. The firm should also keep healthy atmosphere among the workforce. These relations help the unit directly or indirectly.

There are two types of relations that the unit has to maintain. They are as follows:

 INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP:
An internal relation means the relations within the firms employees & workers. In Super Tools there is a friendly atmosphere & the workers are co-operative. Moreover, they are of helping nature. Thus, an internal relation of Super Tools is very strong & sound.

EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP:
External relations means relations of the company with outside Super Tools is an old unit thus it is very well known & all the customers, creditors, marketers, etc have good relationship. Thus, it has strong external relations.

VINODBHAI V.MAKDIYA IS An Executive from HAVMOR PLASTICS INDUSTRY. IN THIS INDUSTRY 10 SUPPORTED OFFICERS AND THEY ALSO INTELIZENT. SOME EMPLOYEE IS VERY SPECIAL BECOUSE HIS SKILLED ARE VERY IMPORTANT. IN INDUSTRY SOME ARE SEMI SKILLED AND SOME ARE UNSKILLED EMPLOYEE. It employees around 50 workers and from then most of are women. So, from social point of view, increases women esteems by giving them earnings.

CONTRIBUTION OF THE UNIT TO THE INDUSTRY

The contribution of HAVMOR is great. It has not only contribution in the field of business but also at social level. Super Tools was the first unit to introduce extrusion manufacturing inRAJKOT. The unit has also contributed socially by provides employment opportunities to 30 workers who are unskilled. Thus, it contributed a lot by giving qualitative & proper extrusion to the customers. In short, it has done a vast contribution.

PRODUCTS OF THE COMPANY

The management of the unit is mainly divided into four different departments so as to do the mgt. in a proper & perfect manner. Production dept. is one such major dept of the unit. For a manufacturing unit, production dept. is the most important dept. It can be compared with heart of the human body. HAVMO is a manufacturing unit & so production dept has an essential position. Hence, it is truly said, One can say that all the activities of the unit are based on production dept. Manufacturing units are those units which converts raw materials into finished goods or products after some mechanical, chemical or any other process which satisfies the needs of the consumers. Manufacturing industries is divided into four types of industries.

A HAVMOR PLASTIC has a long production process with efficient PLASTICS the production can be done easily & faster. Hence, HAVMOR mostly deals with production dept & its sub dept. The major proportion of work i.e. production is completed. The production of HAVMOR is done by skilled & unskilled both types of workers.

Authorised:= The name itself suggests that being a private firm the company has ownership capital as long term capital. The ownership capital is the capital invested by the owners or promoters of the unit.In the havmor plastic,it accept a 100 share in last year.its price is 10000 Rs. Per share. Issued.:- Sometime, promoters of the company do
not require the full amount of the authorised capital to carry on the business of the company.In such circumstances,it issues only a portion of such capital.Such portion of the capital is caaled issued capital.From HAVMOR PLASTICS isued capital is Rs.100000 in last year.

> Reserve:-Sometime a company keeps some capital

as reserve to meet contingencies.This is known as a reserve capital. HAVMORs reserve capital is 400000 Rs. Surplus.:TOTALCAPITAL-ISUED-RESERVE=SURPLUS CAPITAL

THE DEBENTURE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF A DEBT GIVEN UNDER A COMMON SEAL OF A COMPANY AND CONTAINING A CONTRACT FOR REPAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL SUM ON A SPECIFIED DATE .

HAVEMORE PLASTICS has its account & all transactions of finance with only two old banks. It takes loans from these banks & even keeps the deposits in it. The banks being familiar give loan at a considerable rate..It take aRs.1000000 in bank loan at astarting of company.

 Sales:-

Local sales mean particulate to particular areas sales. Sales is a most important elements in companies structure .In HAVMOR PLASTICS monthly sales is 100000 Rs. Some time local sales are not fix becouse it is misscellenius.

2) Export:Sales exports are most important becouse Sales promotion

moves the product export & thus they produce & encourage sales promotion. More & more promotional activities are required to induce the consumer to purchase more & more production. The improvement of sales promotion increases for future expansion Super Tools allows trade discount sometimes.HAVMORs sales export is 5 lake in per month
