This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion. 2. Eligibility. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island. (Participant(s) or Entrant(s)). Participants must be 21 years of age and older as of time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Casino at Delaware Park (Sponsor), their advertising agencies, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations. 3. Participation & Entries. Starting Monday April 8, 2013, in order to qualify for the Gas Up & Go (Sweepstakes), all entries must be submitted electronically via the entry form on the Giveaway tab on facebook.com/DelPark. Sponsor will not accept any submissions via e-mail, mail or telephone. Only one entry per person will be accepted. All entries and materials submitted to Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes (collectively, Entry Materials) must be received by Sponsor no later than May 5, 2013 at 11:59PM EST, (Deadline). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. 4. Prizes. Each week during the promotional period, five (5) fans will be drawn to receive $100 Slot Dollars. Drawing dates are April 12, 19 & 26 & May 3, 2013. On May 6, 2013, two (2) Grand Prize Winners will be drawn to receive a $500 Gas Card. Offer is subject to federal, state, and local laws. Prize is non-negotiable and has no cash value. Tax liability is the sole responsibility of the participant. Prize recipients (Winners) are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or related local, state, federal or international taxes and/or fees that may apply to winnings.

5. Winner Selection. All Winners will be randomly selected by a representative from the Casino at Delaware Park via random number generator. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via e-mail or phone within 72 hours of their names being drawn, then announced on the Sponsor Facebook and/or Twitter pages. Winners must respond within 14 days of the first attempted notification following the instructions contained in the notification in order to claim his/her prize. All entrants are eligible to win the Grand Prize regardless of whether or not they have won another prize. In the event a Winner fails to timely respond to Sponsors attempted notifications or otherwise is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible to win a prize, the prize will be forfeited. To claim the prize, winners must present their photo I.D. and Player Rewards Club card (or sign-up for a card otherwise) at the Player Rewards Club. Winners will have 90 days to use their prize. 6. Sponsor Ownership of Entries. Entry Materials, along with all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights associated therewith, become the property of the Sponsor upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that the Sponsor will own all rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit the Entry Materials in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. Sponsors use of the Entry Materials may include, but shall not be limited to, use on the Sponsors Facebook page. 7. Use of Winners Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use Winners name, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, Winner may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a consent to the use of their name, address, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

8. Winner Information. After the Winners have been selected, the Winners names will be made publicly available by one or more of the Participating Entities, such as through Internet websites, newspaper advertisements, and other methods of distribution, and used for promotional or marketing purposes. 9. General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release the Sponsor and the Participating Entities from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation: claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. 10. Affidavit. As a condition of being awarded any prize, Winner may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability. 11. Additional Terms. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for electronic hardware, programming or software malfunctions, or failures, or line connections, accessibility or availability, or technical or human failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any entry or other information, or for the failure to capture any such information, or any injury or damage to persons or destination which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participants participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or disqualify any Participant if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention), or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that Sponsor determines compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating, each eligible Participant agrees to a.) the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects; and b.) releases, discharges and holds harmless Sponsor its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the Prize. Participants also further acknowledge that Sponsor and its parent,

subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law relative to any Prize of this Sweepstakes including but not limited to quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. 12. Disputes. Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the District of Delaware; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
