EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

An Executive summary summarizes the content of the different sections of a report which is situated before the main content of a report. The executive summary allows the the reader of a report to scan the most import elements of a full length report. It provides the main contents of a report in a nutshell and is the first part of a report that a reader will read.

INTRODUCTION

Overview of Industry as a whole Profile of the organization History of the Organization Competition Information S.W.O.T Analysis of the Organization (If possible) Objectives of study-(related to the project title) Scope of study- It should include the functional area (HR, Finance and
Marketing) and volume of work carried out in the study With reference to above objectives

For Example: This project aims at development of e-Content for university education at the postgraduate level in environmental science courses such as environmental pollution and control, water and wastewater treatment, air quality management, integrated impact assessment, environmental economics. This project addresses the key objective of the MHRDs National Mission by providing accessible, high quality, course material at the postgraduate level in all subjects at affordable costs with technologyenabled access that will not be limited by geographic constraints

data analysis

CHAPTER II CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK


In This chapter: Explain the concept related to the project, definitions and related theory.

CHAPTER III DATA ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION

The Data presented in standard formats namely -tables representing question wise collected data , -charts/graphs, diagrams etc representing the above tabulated data

Analysis of the presented data explaining the rationale and logic for drawing inference and relate to the data collected.

CHAPTER IV SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION


The chapter should include:

Results of the study-The summary of analysis giving/supported by facts


and figures from Chapter III.

Limitations of the project-related to topic and project Suggestions & Recommendations.
