IamBinders Students will compile all their papers and in-class work in an organized, neatly kept, and attractively decorated 3-ring binder. This binder will be handed in periodically and at the end of the class. Evaluation Class Participation (50%) o 10% - Attendance and Punctuality o 10% - Basic Comportment (Not Being a Jerk) o 10% - Efficient and Effective Use of In-Class Reading Time o 10% - Efficient and Effective Use of In-Class Work Time o 10% - Positive and Full Participation in Class Discussion IamBinders (50%) o 10% - Organization, Neatness, Attractiveness, and Completeness of Binder o 10% - Each paper, cumulatively worth 40% of your grade The 25/50 rule is in effect for this class. If a student misses 25% (5) or more of the class sessions s/he will receive an automatic failing grade. If a student is late for and/or absent for 50% (10) or more of the class sessions s/he will receive an automatic failing grade.
