Professional Image Conference by Loreal Paris

Loreal Paris is organising a Conference inviting to participate all its Country Managers. The conference will take place in Paris, at Hotel Baltimore. 60 persons are expected to take part to the Professional Image Conference held by the wellknown Image Consultant, Irina Markovitz. The conference will be held Friday and Saturday, the 5th and 6th of July 2013. Sunday, the 7th, there will multiple team building exercises held at the Versailles Palace. The budget for the conference is 120.000 . This means 2.000 per participant. The budget must cover the costs for: accommodation, meals, team-building costs, gifts The following list contains the prices for each participant: Accomodation costs are 300 euro per night, this means a total of 900 euro in total The price of the meals is 100 euro per day, this price includes all meals, drinks and coffee breaks, which means 300 in total Team-building costs include the transportation, the tickes and the rental of the Hall of mirrors, the price is 600 per participant. Gifts for the Country Managers cost 100 euro each.

This all ads up to a total cost of 900+ 300+600+100 = 1900 euro per participant.

The Baltimore Hotel


This superior 4-star hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Paris, close to the ChampsElysees, the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The distinctly Parisian charm of this hotel is ideal for experiencing the French way of life with its Champagne bar, fine dining, library and fitness center.

Rooms The rooms vary in size, but are in excellent condition, with a refined decor and excellent facilities. The marble bathrooms are also in very good condition. All rooms have separate toilets.

Lobby The lobby is large in size, entirely decorated in typical English style, with red and green colours and furnished to a high standard. Guests can relax in elegant lounges and the public areas are very clean and bright.. Exterior Built by Gustave Eiffel, the hotel has impressive Parisian architecture with small wrought iron balconies on the windows..

The costs of the accomodation were negociated. The total cost per participant/night are 300. This cost does not include the restaurant but the parking space, conference room, and the gym.

Friday the 5th of July

Guests from all over the world are expected to check-in at the Baltimore Hotel until 10 oclock. They will have lunch at the Hotel Restaurant between 12 pm and 1 am.

The menus offer a large variety of food and drinks from all over the world. There are special types of menus for vegetarians. Between 1 pm and 5pm the Country Managers will take part at the Professional Image Conference held in the Hotel Conference Room.

There will be a break between 3 and 3:30 pm when the participants may sarve coffe or tea in the Hotel Restaurant. After the Conference, the guests are expected to have dinner from 6pm to 7pm. In the evening the guests may relax at the Hotel Bar or discover the city.

Saturday, the 6th of July


From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. the guests will have breakfast at the Hotel Restaurant. They can choose from a large variety of breakefast food suited for every persons need and preferences as it is a Swedish buffet.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Country Managers will attend the Conference, held in the Conference Room. From 2:30 pm until 3:30 pm they will serve lunch.

From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. the Managers will attent the second parte of the Confference.

The Conferece Room

After the Conference the guests are expected to have dinner after 7:30 pm. In the evening they can visit the town or relax at the in the Hotel Bar or the Lobby or the cand spend their free time as they please.

Sunday, the 7th of July

On Sunday, our guests are expected to have brunch beteen 11 and 12 pm. From 1 to 6 oclock they will visit the Versailles Palace where they will also take part to the team-building exercises. Team building exercises will be held at Versailles Palace in the Hall of Mirrors, which was pre-rented for the special occasion.The Hall of Mirrors is a good location for the participants to realize that their personal image is important to others whom they collaborate with.

Sunday afternoon,from 1 p.m to 6 p.m. the guests will take part to a masked ball. Before attending the masked ball, each guest will choose for himself a costume and a mask which best suits their personality. During the masked ball half of the participants will parade in front of the others. Those whom watch the parade have to guess what message the others want to send with their costume. For example a pink costume sends a joyful message, a black one suggests a more conservative style, a green one suggests a calm personality

and so on. This exercise is a very good way to show the importance of clothing, colours and styles in portraying personality traits.

After the team building, the Managers will have dinner at 7pm. They will leave for the airport Monday morning
