Proctoring Information

You must make an appointment in advance and have a photo ID with you to take the exam. Students may utilize any of the following districts testing centers:

Davis School District

At the end of each term of online courses, you are required to take a proctored exam. Some schools will offer proctoring for your exam. If you would like to take an exam at your school, contact your counseling center to see if they provide proctoring or if someone else at your school does. If you have someone to proctor your exam, please have them email Sue or Joy to get the code before you need to take the exam. Granite School District

You may take the proctored final exam at the Granite Testing Center. The testing center at the Granite Education Center (2500 S. State St.) is open M, W, F from 11:00-5:00 You must call ahead (385-646-4521) to schedule an appointment. Be sure to bring a picture ID in order to test. Alternatively, you may opt to arrange to have an exam proctored by a willing staff member at your school. If you opt for this second option, send the name and email of the Granite employee to your instructor and the instructor will send the test proctor instructions.

Jordan School District

You may take your end of term final at: Jordan Applied Technology Center Building #2, Room 241 9301 S. Park City School District

Depending on your home school, you will need to contact the following ahead of time to schedule an appointment: Park City High School, Ms. Anita Booher in the Media Center Park City Learning Center, Ms. Missy Paskowski in the Counseling Center Treasure Mountain School, Mrs. Jennifer Frink in the Counseling Center You must contact them to schedule an appointment to take the test. Tooele School District

Tooele Connect Courses through Utah Students Connect Proctored Exam Information Tooele County School District students needing to take a final exam in a Tooele Connect course may do so one of two ways. Whichever choice a student makes, he/she must schedule well ahead of the courses deadline for grades.

1. High School: During School Hours 7:45am- 3:15pm

You may take the proctored exam at your local High School if there is a school approved proctor available. Contact your counselor to schedule a date and time with the school approved proctor. Once the date and time is established, send the name and email of the school approved proctor to your instructor and the instructor will send the test proctor instructions.

2. Community Learning Center: Scheduled after school times available most days from 2:35pm 5pm. (Alternative times maybe available upon request. Transportation to the CLC is sole responsibility of student and or parent/guardian.)
Students who are unable to take exams at their local High School may schedule a time to take proctored exams at the Community Learning Center (211 S. Tooele Blvd- 1 block south of the USU Extension Campus) To schedule a date and time please contact Tooele Connect Online Learning Coordinator, Heidi Ross (435-833-1900 ext 1139). Once the date and time is established, the student must send the information to their instructor.
