LA PRINCESITA DE LOS LABIOS VERDES- Mara Ester Pablos- Espaa

N_ -Mucho antes de que t nacieras, exista un reino maravilloso, escondido en lo ms recndito de un bosque. Pero ese bosque no era un bosque normal, era un bosque encantado. Las personas que vivan en el reino, nunca se atrevan a adentrarse en su interior, ya que les haban contado que all habitaban un sinfn de criaturas misteriosas, y que era muy, pero que muy peligroso entrar all. Sin embargo, a Adelita, la hermosa princesita, esas historias no le importaban. Lo nico que le interesaba era encontrar a su prncipe azul. S, Adelita era muy enamoradiza. Estaba tan obsesionada, que se pasaba todo el da besando ranas y preguntando con voz soadora:

P _-Eres t mi adorado prncipe azul?

N_ -Pero, como se pueden imaginar, las ranas nunca contestaban. As que, un da, Adelita, cansada de ir al estanque de siempre, decidi ir al bosque. Estaba convencida de que su adorado prncipe estara esperndola all, en una charca mgica. Ella dijo;

P_ -ir al bosque a buscar a mi prncipe, seguramente ah lo encontrare.

N_ -Por eso, con mucho entusiasmo, se puso su capa de color rosa, y se march, sin decirle nada a nadie, con una sonrisa traviesa en el rostro. Camin durante mucho tiempo, hasta que encontr un rio y al lado de este, una charca repleta de ranas que saltaban alegremente. Adelita cogi y bes muchas ranas una y otra. Ella dio muchos besos, que sus labios, se pusieron de color verde. Y al mirarse en el agua, la princesa casi se muere del susto.

P_ - Ay madre, qu horror! Qu me pas?

N_ -dijo mientras sollozaba amargamente.

P_ - Qu voy a hacer ahora con unos labios tan feos y verdes? Nadie se atrever a besarme!, no encontrare a mi prncipe azul.

N_ -Y entonces, ocurri algo increble. Desde la charca, escuch una risita maliciosa. Una de las ranas no paraba de reirse, y para rematar el disgusto que se haba llevado la pobre Adelita, el malvado anfibio empez a cantar:

R_ -Adelita, Adelita, Princesa besucona, Tantos besos diste, Que dejaste de ser hermosa!

N_ -La chiquilla, se acerc a la rana que cantaba, y le pregunt con mirada suplicante:

P_ - Pero Qu puedo hacer? Estoy hecha un desastre! No puedo quedarme as toda la vida!, no podr conocer a mi principito.

N_ -La rana sigui cantando, divertida:

R_ tu quieres ser linda de nuevo, a un chico tendrs que besar, te deseo suerte, princesita, la vas a necesitar!

N_ -Y dicho esto, la rana brinc y desapareci bajo del agua.

Al enterarse de lo ocurrido, el rey mand llamar a todos los jvenes del reino. Y ellos se colocaron en fila india, desde la entrada del enorme castillo hasta las afueras de la aldea. Todos estaban muy nerviosos, porque no queran ofender al rey o a Adelita, pero cuando les llegaba el turno para besar a la princesa de los labios verdes, ellos se desmayaban o salan corriendo despavoridos como si les persiguiera una fiera. Al darse cuenta de que nadie quera estar con ella, la princesita se escondi en su cuarto, y se ech a llorar.

P_ - Buuaaaaaa! Buaaaaa! Nadie me quiere! Estoy espantosa! Ya no puedo ser princesa!, no encontrare a mi prncipe!

N_ -as que sin pensrselo dos veces, cogi una cuerda y se descolg por la ventana. Pero Adelita no se dio cuenta que la cuerda estaba vieja y frgil que se rompi. A Adelita solo le dio tiempo a cerrar los ojos, y gritar con todas sus fuerzas:

P_- oh dios mo, Me voy a matar!

N_ - y entonces, algo detuvo su cada. Eran unos brazos fuertes-ella pens;

P_ - seguro que son los brazos de un prncipe!

N_ -Toda ilusionada, abri los ojos. Y lo que vio la dej sin respiracin. Una enorme cabeza de sapo la estaba mirando con ojos saltones. Ella dijo;

P_ -que horror!- Eres un hombre con cara de sapo!

PR_ - Hola! Croac! Me llamo Juan! Croac! He venido a liberarte del encantamiento! Croac!

P_- Eres un prncipe?- le pregunt, sorprendida.

PR_ - S! Croac! Pero tambin estoy encantado! Croac!

P_ - Y qu fue lo que te pas? Por qu tienes cara de sapo?

PR_ - Las chicas de la aldea no me queran besar Croac! y por eso quise convertirme en sapo Croac! .as que entr en el bosque y beb agua de una charca Croac! y la cara se me qued as de fea Croac!

P_- Ay pobre Juan!! Eso es terrible!!

PR_- Para recuperar mi cara Croac! necesito que me bese una princesa Croac! Me besars t, Adelita? Croac!

P_ -claro que si Juan! Estoy segura que al besarte se romper el echizo.

N_ -Y a Adelita, que ya tena experiencia besando ranas, no le cost nada hacer lo que Juan le peda. En menos que canta un gallo, ella recuper el color rojo de sus labios, y la cabeza de Juan volvi a la normalidad. Los dos se pusieron tan contentos, que a partir de entonces nunca ms se separaron. Adelita dej de besar ranas, y Juan no volvi a probar el agua de una charcasi se preguntaron que sucedi con la rana del bosque, ella sigui cantando en su charca mgica, esperando a que otra princesa desprevenida, viniera a visitarla.

N_-But, as you can imagine, the frogs never answered. So, one day, Adelita, tired of always going to the pond, he decided to go to the forest. She was convinced that her beloved prince would be waiting there, in a magical pond. She said;
