in the text books on classes. University grading may be a bit different from what high school students are used to, for example grading on a curve, collecting points and percentages through tests, experiments, team work, while high school grading system remains old-fashioned, by giving grades A, B,C,D and F on tests. Another thing these institutions share in common is the way the lectures are held. The format of instruction at university is very similar to that incorporated in most of the high schools. The teacher stands in front of the classroom and the lectures while students are taking notes, in contrast to university where the professor stands in front of auditorium of one hundred or two hundred students. High school and university; different, yet very similar. Even though they differ in many ways such as dependence versus self-reliance, fixed timetable versus flexible, self-arranged timetable, they share one very important matter. What we can learn through high school and university is who we really are. As we grow older, we grow mentally as well. These institutions broaden our perspective and build us as individuals, providing us with knowledge of what life really is.
