2. Hazards Identification
Emergency overview CAUTION: Causes eye irritation. May cause skin irritation. Sensitizing effects by skin contact. Avoid inhalation of mists/vapours. May cause respiratory irritation. Acute exposure to petroleum distillate vapour may cause dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea, and irritation of the respiratory tract. Prolonged and repeated exposure may cause central nervous system damage, as well as heart and blood disorders. Aspiration of petroleum distillates may cause chemical pneumonitis. Caution - Slippery when wet!

Chronic toxicity: Carcinogenicity: None of the components in this product at concentrations greater than 0.1% are listed by IARC; NTP, OSHA or ACGIH as a carcinogen. Reproductive toxicity: No data for product. No effects anticipated
Genotoxicity: The chemical structure does not suggest such an effect. Potential environmental effects Aquatic toxicity: The inhibition of the degradation activity of activated sludge is not anticipated when introduced to biological treatment plants in appropriate low concentrations. Degradation / environmental fate: Moderately/partially biodegradable. Moderately/partially eliminated from water.
4. First-Aid Measures
General advice: Immediately remove contaminated clothing. If inhaled: Keep patient calm, remove to fresh air. Assist in breathing if necessary. Consult a physician. If on skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If in eyes: Immediately wash affected eyes for at least 15 minutes under running water with eyelids held open, consult an eye specialist.
