CONICAL SCREENS

Conical Screens are an economical and efficient alternative to inline Y or

basket strainers.
These inline pre-filter conical screens require no modification to your
current piping structure and can be cleaned for reuse.
Made with a stainless or mild steel punch plate core and available in any
screen size from a to 50 micron opening, they effectively prevent
damage from particulates and contaminates.
Conical Screens are available in the most frequently used sizes. However,
unusual sizes can be manufactured upon request.

BD 5 and larger to have inverted cone for
strength and increased area. 100% Basket,
B-1, designed to fit weld neck flange plus 1-R
welding elbow. Struts, hoops and bracing for
standard baskets and cones can be furnished for
additional strength.

Special perforations, carbon steel and

alloy steel mesh also available.
Carbon and alloy steel fine mesh liners
available.
