Financial Plan

No Chapter Left Behind Our financial plan is based upon our knowledge that each chapter is different. Chapters across the state have different needs, but one thing they all have in common is they need financial support. We are creating a grassroots plan to meet the needs of each individual chapter. This plan will go more into detail about how we plan to raise money and what we plan to do with it. How to Raise Money We will hold different fundraisers throughout the year. These events allow us to raise funds while also networking with donors and legislators. Possible events include: o Golf Outing o Date Auction o Dinner Party Maintain strong relationships with current donors while actively seeking out new donors. o We will have a specific financial plan that we will present to donors to ensure they understand the importance of the MNCRs organization. Utilize PACs and CRNC in order to bring in additional resources. Attend CD and BPOU conventions to network and seek out additional donors. Angie and Rachel are also working with top fundraisers in Minnesota to learn how to be effective fundraisers. We will compile lists of donors specific to your chapter so that chapters are free to fundraise on their own. What We Will Do With Money We will meet with each individual chapter to see what they need for financial support. Instead of salaries, we will be funding each chapter to fulfill their individual needs. o When it comes to chapters, one size does not fit all. We want to hear from each chapter about what they need. Each chapter can submit grants to the MNCR Executive Board for approval. o If chapters are planning events that they need assistance or funds for, they can submit a request to the State Board. We will try our hardest to provide whatever resources are needed.
