God has given us the tools to live successfully in todays world! Psalm 128:3,6 Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the very heart of your house, your children like olive plants all around your table. Yes, may you see your childrens children. Proverbs 11:21B But the posterity of the righteous will be delivered. Proverbs 14:26 In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and His children will have a place of refuge. Isaiah 54:13 All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children. Dealing with fear: Psalm 91 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust." Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot. Romans 5:17B much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. Applying the blood: Exodus 12:22-23 And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin. And none of you shall go out of the door of his house until morning. For the Lord will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you. Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Concerning angelic protection: Matthew 18:10 "Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. Hebrews 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? Concerning the spiritual right of influence: 1 Corinthians 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. Ephesians 6:4 And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
