1. Divisional Deputy Commissioner/Asstt. Commissioners are directed to issue rotation orders in respect of the officers posted and transferred to divisional office (EDO)/ Sensitive, if needed, with the approval of Commissioner. 2. All the officers transferred/rotated shall be relieved by 03.05.2013 by their controlling officer and compliance report to be sent to this office by the controlling DC/AC by or before 06.05.2013. If any officer is to be retained by his controlling officer beyond the stipulated time, necessary approval of Commissioner is to be taken prior to 03.05.2013. In case where prior permission is not taken, the officer will stand relieved on 03.05.13. 3. All the representations received in this office by the officers till date regarding transfer and posting stand disposed off with the issuance of this order. The officer mentioned at SI. No. 25 is not entitled for TTA & Joining time as he is being transferred on his own request.
