Despite the title of this article, this is not to demean the person or anyone who is touched by the life of Steve Jobs. As everyone notices, the passing away of the co-founder of Apple shook not just the tech industry, but the entire world. Steve, whose name is synonymous to Apple, was no doubt also the epitome of innovation, creativity, persistence, and leadership. Steve Was Tyrant - those who worked for and with Jobs described him as a tyrant, they feared meeting in an elevator. (click here) 2. Horrible and Inconsiderate Boss Steve made his engineers work tirelessly which caused them their families and espouses. Some Apple workers even had to miss Christmas just to hit deadlines. 3. Irresponsible Father Steve fathered a child and denied responsibility. He often times confessed before the court that he was infertile. "I've done a lot of things I'm not proud of, such as getting my girlfriend pregnant when I was 23 and the way I handled that," Jobs said in a statement in 2011. 4. Steve Was Harsh to those who disclose secrets and leak sensitive information regarding any Apple products were reportedly threatened or punished.

5. Arrogance like everyone else, when you are in a top position, there is no other way next but down. Apparently, success got into Steves head and perhaps this caused him his position at Apple in 1985 after he had a falling out with the board of directors.

These things may have been the worst about him, but we all know how Steve got up and out from those situations and turned things around. This other side of Jobs gives a reflection of how success can take a toll. Being a horrible or tyrant boss is something not everyone wants, but because of his sheer dedication and utmost work ethics great products were achieved. He may have denied his child but he learned humility and took responsibility. He may have done unpopular things to those who dont play under his rules, but it was his way of protecting the company.

Apple's (AAPL) explanation of why Steve Jobs looked thin and wan at WWDC on Monday has not put to rest concerns that he's suffering from something more serious than a "common bug." Apple's stock has been smashed in recent days and is down another 3% this morning. Specifically, Apple's explanation did not rule out the possibility that Steve's cancer has come back. Unless/until Apple or Steve issues a statement that clearly rules out this possibility -- or unless/until Steve appears publicly again looking to be in robust health -- we expect these concerns will persist. Even if Steve is fine, which we hope he is, this episode should make it more obvious to Apple that the company needs to develop and articulate a clear succession and Steve Jobs-diversification plan. As the drop in Apple's stock shows, the company's brand and market value is still heavily dependent on Steve, and the time has come for Apple to openly discuss how it plans to reduce this dependency over time.

Steve Jobs became famous also because of his magnetic charisma and incredible showmanship, which he demonstrated at every Apple event. It is true, however, that Jobs was hot tempered, could easily start shouting at his employees and reduce them to tears. But he was not just cruel and brutal: he could also be a total charmer and make his colleagues feel like geniuses. 1. Although Steve Jobs was a great visionary, he is also cited to be a bully. He had an uncanny capacity to know exactly what your weak point is, know what will make you feel small, to make you cringe. 2. He reportedly took credit for ideas that were not his. " when told of a new idea, he will immediately attack it" and if it was a good one, "he will soon be telling people about it as though it was his own". 3. He wasn't a very good team player and is also said to have a very destructive behavior. 4. His legendary impatience, relentless quest for perfection, domineering presence and obsessive need to control fostered as much as fear within the Apple culture. Steve Jobs is also often described as smug, willful, brazen, demeaning, volatile and manipulative. 5. He was not a model boss or human being, tidily packaged for emulation. The company is resolute, but if it gives in to the music producers, it may be perceived as a commercial weakness. 8. Early in 2005 Apple announced that it was to end its long-standing relationship with IBM as a chip supplier, and that it was about to switch to Intel. Some industry specialists commented that the swap could confuse Apple's consumers.

It has a colour screen, stereo speakers and a advance camera system. A version of Apple's iTunes music store has been developed for the phone so users can manage the tracks they store on it. Downloads are available via a USB cable, ands software on the handset pauses music if a phone call comes in. New technologies and strategic alliances offeropportunities for Apple.

Threats

The greatest threat to Steve Jobs's legacy isn't competition from Google, Amazon or Facebook,

" it's his board of directors". Jobs himself feared this. "Hewlett and Packard built a great company, and they thought they had left it in good hands," Jobs told Isaacson. "But now it's being dismembered and destroyed. I hope I've left a stronger legacy so that will never happen at Apple".

After his death people started losing interest in apple products they were more interested in Samsung, which is said to be a big rival of Apple Inc.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released its records on late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. And while what we can see confirms much of what's been covered in Jobs' multiplying biographies, the best parts appear to be redacted. The 191-page file is accessible online, through the FBI's records vault. According to the description on the file, much of the information included was compiled when "Jobs was considered for an appointed position on the U.S. President's Export Council" in 1991 that would be President George H.W. Bush. In fact, the released information basically "consists of the FBI's 1991 background investigation of Jobs for that position and a 1985 investigation of a bomb threat against Apple."

The root of this competition arises from the differing views and approaches of the two leaders, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. Gates says that he found Steve Jobs fundamentally odd and weirdly flawed as a human being, according to The Huffington Post, who obtained a copy ahead of an official release. Gates also revealed Jobs was either in the mode of saying you were shit or trying to seduce you. Gates praised Jobs ability to figure out how technology works and bring it to the masses. He really never knew much about technology, but he had an amazing instinct for what works, he said.

Jobs said,Bill is basically unimaginative and has never invented anything, which is why I think hes more comfortable now in philanthropy than technology. He just shamelessly ripped off other peoples ideas.

Rivalry Against Google Googles Motorola unit just filed a new patent-infringement lawsuit against Apple with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in Washington. According to this report, Motorolas complaint seeks to block Apple from importing the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and various Apple computers. Todays lawsuit is only the latest in a long series of recent disputes between Apple and Motorola/Google, but it marks the first time that Motorola is filing one of these lawsuits since its acquisition by Google became final in February 2012 . These are the seven patents-in-suit in the ITC action (and the companion federal lawsuit) along with the descriptions Google (Motorola) and infringement accusations provided in the complaint.Some include:
