While starting of the company we hired permanently but over the period of time we hire employee on contractual basis on the basis of projects and third party hiring if necessary.

Pay Structure:
Raaziq offers basic pay structure on the basis of nature of job and give 10% to 15% on the performance of the employee.

Job Analysis/Job Evaluation:


Determine employees job analysis and evaluation by their job descriptions and job specifications and by giving rewards monetary, promotions, tour and trips and recognition certificates and training.

Employee Turnover:
The employee turnover rate in RIL is moderate. They usually go for forced resignation if the employee performance does not meet their exceptions.

8-10 % turnover last year.

Performance appraisal:
Balance score card: balance score card is used for performance appraisal system. It is done by the management on the yearly basis. The criteria of the performance are to look employee performance is on daily basis which shifted on monthly basis.
