ISLAMIC WAY OF LIVING

Islam religion is all about living by rules made by allah.

Actually these rules make a person pure. That is he/she can live

happilly and healthily if he/she follows islam.

Here I will tell you about some rules and their reason why they

are followed even I have included their scientific reason .These all

where followed by Prophet Muhammed (SAS) because he knew it will lead

to a healthy body and peacefull mind

THIS DOCUMENTS INCLUDE THE VITAL THINGS LIKE

SEX WHICH ARE NOT DISCUSSED IN OUR SOCIETY.

BEFORE PUBERTY :

The do’s of boy’s before puberty :)

•A boy should bath every day clean his body, hair and wear clean

clothes

RES:-By bathing every day the upper layer of skin where

dirt ,sweat and dead body cells are accumulated gets cleaned.and

we have to wear clean clothes because by wearing unclean clothes

the sweat on the clothes sticks to body and body becomes unclean

•A boy should clean his pennis with water or sand or even a

brick(if water is unavailable) after he urinates

RES : -This is actually a practice for the boys after they

enter puberty.Because after entering puberty the serum released

can get accumulated on pennis so it must be washed thouroughly

to avoid infections like STD’s (caused due to the accumulation

of serum for long time).And this is also compulsory to do prayer

or else he cannot do prayer.

•A boy should not grow his hair beyond the shoulder level and

keep his pants above the level of ankle

RES : – A boy usually goes out walks in dust then his hair

gets dirt in them (and also the clothes gets dirty so it is said

to change clothes daily) and as when walking the pants could get

really worstly dirty if the pants are down,and if he has long

hair then dirt cannot be removed easily

•He should clip his nails regularly

RES : – If the nail are long dirt accumulates in them

causing dieseases.Like when eating the dirt also gets in with

the food.
 The do’s of girls before puberty :)

• A girl should bath and clean her body,hair and wear clean

clothes

to avoid infections like cancer, STD’s (caused due to the

accumulation of blood released during menstrual time).And this

is also compulsory to do prayer or else she cannot do prayer.

• A girl can grow her hair and should keep her pants and
 sleeve above the level of ankle and cover her hair.

RES : – A girl to protect her legs and hands from cold and

also helps in avoiding exposure of herself to other men should

keep her pants and sleeve below the ankle level.Only her palm of

leg and hand including face can be visible.And also the same

reason to cover the hair and also to avoid dirt.

• A girl should grow her hair as it is said to be her part of

beauty but it is not compulsory.

• She should clip her nails regularly

RES : – If the nail are long dirt accumulates in them

causing dieseases.Like when eating the dirt also gets in with

the food.

Note:-There are actually few don’t which I donot remember but

NOT doing the above are the don’t’s.

AFTER PUBERTY :

The do’s of boy’s or men from puberty

:)

->The boys or men should follow all the above rules and add

these too.

• He should trim his moustach while leaving his beard but

this is not compulsory but it is sunnat to do this

RES : – According to me leaving beard is just test you by

allah that how far can you keep cleanliness but triiming

moustach is important because if some dirt accumulates in it

then dirt goes along with food inside the stomach.This is

because moustach is in reach of tongue but the beard is out of

reach.so you can trim the moustach but keep it small enough to

be far from tongue.

• He should clean shave his pubic region including his

armpits, hair near his anus hole regularly

 RES : -The reason is when the serum ejaculates it can fall

into the hair of pubic area and removing it is very difficult.If

not removed neatly can cause may dieseases like STD’s.

The dont’s of boy’s or men from puberty :)

• He should not have premarital sex or dating , sex with

other women except his wife

RES : – The reason is simple now that to avoid HIV or

STD’s.But this was followed from about 1400 years by our muslim

society following our beloved Prophet Muhammed (SAS).

• He should not watch or posses any pornography or touch any

women other than his wife ,mother,sister or a close

relative.

RES : – Touching can lead into sexual thoughts.because

touching is the first part of sexual behaviour

• He should not deprive his wife of his sex as having sex

with wife is a sadqua(good deed making allah happy)

RES : – By having sex you are fullfilling her urge of love

and making sure she is happy.and making a person happy is making

allah happy.
 • He should not be naked before anybody except his wife and a

doctor.

RES : – A man can be naked only before a person with whom

he can have sex that is his wife also applicable to the women.

• He can masturbate in only two cases

1. If he is unable to marry

2. If he is away from home and wife and is afraid that he

may get seduced to have sex outside relationship

• She should clean shave her pubic region including her

RES : – The reason is simple now that to avoid HIV or

STD’s.But this was followed from about 1400 years by our muslim

• She should not masturbate

RES : – masturbating causes defloration and it is said to

be that a girl should be pure untill marriage. So in muslim

society marraiges are done early .

Both men and women :)

• They should be away from adultry .

• They should not touch others of opposite sex except the

close relatives.

• They should not marry any body in relation

Both men and women in sex :)

 • He or she should fullfill his/her partners sexual desires

and should take care of them

• They can touch or kiss each others genital areas , can have

lip kisses , blow jobs , licking ,nude , provocative

dressing anything they like but only between husband and

wife and in private

• Anal sex should not be done.it is a great sin RES ; – The

reason is when sex is done in anus the feacal matter can

cause dieseases when the pennis is inserted into vagina

after anal sex.

• They can do any experimenting in sex

• They should not kiss or show any type of sexual behaviour

in public

• They should not force each other to have sex when they are

not willing or ill or when the wife is having menstrual

period as this is rape and also inhuman.

• They should enjoy sex but should not think of sex as just a

method to have children

Some myth and Facts (only

facts are written)

• We can have sex at night and start the fast in the morning.

• If semen ejaculates during the fast we have to end the fast

there itself.

• Women cannot fast during their periods and if ejaculation

occurs during fasting then they should end the fast

• Marriage is a must for all muslim men and women except if

he/she finds nobody to marry

• Boy and girl can meet and understand each other before

marriage but only in presense of some friend or relative

known to the girl.

• Using condoms and contraceptive pills is allowed in islam.

• Marriage with a widow is a deed of charity but it is not

that every body should marry a widow.

• Rape is terrible sin and crime and the punishment can be

death if proven. The girl who is raped has done no sin so

she cannot be held guilty for anything and should be given

respect as before.
