A complete set of the Bidding Documents ill English may be purdtased by bidders on the submission of a written Application to the
address above and upon payment a non. refundable fee of US$ 200.00. for eadt bid
Tenders shall be submitted In a red-waKed sealed envelope to the address indicated above, malted with the name of the Entity,
project name, tender number, and the name pf the accompanied with the following documents:
1. A bank guarantee as per the endosed format In the Tender Documents for a lump-sum amount as mentioned above, or certified
cheque, valid for a period of ( 150 ) days from the date of the opening of envelopes.
2. A copy of valid registration and classification certificates.
3. A copy of valid tax certificate + tax card.
4. A copy of Insurance card+ Zakat Card.

Foreign companies are excluded from providing certificates, licenses and cards referred to above, and snail be required only to provide
legal documents of eli&ibllity issued by CO(Intry of origin of these companies ,
The deadline for receipt of tenders and opening of tenders Is at (11:00 AM) Yemen local tlme on the date and place mentioned
above. Tenders received after this deadline shall not be accepted and shall be unopened to the sender.
The eligibility qualifiCation requirements for each bid should include:
1. In two projects slmnar in nature and size.
2.The Average volume of annual construction works. for the suctesslul bidder In the last five years shall be as mentioned in the
above Table.
3. The mlnjmum cash flow requirement of the successful bidder shall be as mentioned In the above Table.
A pre-bid meeting will be take place at the address and date above at the nme: 11:00 A.M
Bid oPening will f>e taken place at the address and date above in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
-Interested tenderers can obtain Information about Tender Documents before payment during office hours.
Any bidder or part of joint venture can apply for all bids but he cannot be awarded more than one bid.
