International Students Perspective about Crown College

ST.BONIFACIUS, Minn. International students feel part of the community of Crown College. They have found a community of believers at Crown that share a same faith and purpose in life which is to serve and glorify God. International students treasured the opportunity to be at Crown because they know they are getting prepare to be used as valuable tools to bring glory to God as leaders. They feel at home in Crown because is an Christian community committed to love one another. They have found at Crown a place where they can connect their professional dreams with Gods dreams for them. Being away in a different country, I didn't imagine feeling a part of such a welcoming community so easily. I miss Russia but I feel at home in Crown. There is a diversity of different cultures on campusthat makes me feel at home. I am enjoying every day at Crown; Christ is the center of studies and social life here. I strongly recommend Crown, said Anastasiya Bondarenko, international student of Russia.

Bondarenko also mentioned that being international student at Crown can be helpful in many ways because you have the opportunity to get connected with students of different cultures which become your supportive system of friends as being in the same situation. She found that Crown has fulfilled her expectations as international student because she has grown deeply in Gods Word and in her daily life as a Christian. She has learned through Crown that everything she does on life is all about Jesus and seeking Gods dreams. Ana Fu, an international student from China, restated that getting to Crown has been one of the best experiences of her life. According to her experience in being at Crown College she has loved the purpose of Crowns Community standards to be centered on Christ. She has found in Crown an institution that prepares students to become great Christian leaders. Leaving my family and friends at home in China was tough, but I knew this is where God wanted me. I really enjoy my professors and my classes at Crown. I believe God has great plans for me and being at Crown is one of them. I recommend Crown to everybody that has the desire to see God transform his/ her life, Ana said. For international students choosing a college is a very important decision, because it impacts their professional and personal life. International students have chosen Crown College because they realized Crown is a place where they can grow not just academically but overall spiritually. Crown makes international students seek goals that will last for eternal purposes, to serve and impact the world.
