CARBON-ZIRCONIUM COMPOUND RESIN COATING ANTI-CORROSION AND WEAR RESISTANCE TUBING (ZC COATED TUBING) ZC coated tubing is coated with a special coating material which provides superior corrosion prevention and abrasion resistance. Its corrosion prevention and abrasion resisting characters are unique and can be applied in water injection wells to prevent corrosion; in eccentric wear wells to prevent abrasion; in submersible electric pump applications to prevent erosion, etc.The services life is three to five times longer than uncoated tubing. Main advantages 1.Integrating eccentric-provide complete coverage down hole. a. substantial abrasion protection: the anti-abrasion results in an improvement of 3 to 5 times longer then conventional tubing, casing and pipeline. b. Corrosion resistance: the corrosion caused by acid salts and corrosive gases from produced fluids is reduced measurably. 2. Protection applies to both the tubing and sucker rod strings. 3. Adaptation to extensional deformation resulting for extreme well temperature changes. 4. Tubing sizes: 2-3/8----4-1/2 as per API-5CT standard. 5. coating thickness is minimal

Main advantages
1.EXPE provides excellent wear resisting and corrosion resisting qualities to oil wells with serious eccentric wear and corrosion with high rates of sucker rod failures. EXPE also provides waterinjection wells with serious corrosion and scale deposit with additional protect. 2.Can be applied to both the tubing and the sucker rods. 3. provides protection against the corrosive effects of acids, bases and salts in the produced fluids, notably to H2S and CO2 gases. 4. PART : API 5L-D THREE LAYERS OF POLYETHYLENE (3PE) ANTICORROSION STEEL PIPE FOR OIL AND NATURAL-GAS INDUSTRY
COATING STANDARD: DIN30670 SIZE: OUTSIDE DIAMETERS FROM 159mm to 1220 mm APPLIED RANGE 3PE steel pipe can be widely used in gas, oil, chemical, mine, power, thermodynamics and water industries for transportation, it can also be used for bridge pipelines. The Outside surface is coated with 3PE and the inside surface can be coated with Epoxy Resin Powder then decrease transportation resistance. PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTICS In 3PE/2PE anti-corrosive structure, the fusion bonded epoxy powder coating sprayed onto the surface of pipe in high temperature then combined each other tightly, and reacted with adhesive copolymers then formed chemical caking, through which to ensure good caking property and best corrosive resistance and anti-negative electrode peeling property of the whole anti-corrosive layer in higher temperature. In 3PE/2PE anti-corrosive structure, on the outside surface of pipe, polyethylene layer combined adhesive copolymers tightly, the main function of that is protection and anti corruption. If requested, the inside pipe surface coated with fusion bonded epoxy powder in high temperature then natural flowing and clot reaction, through which to ensure anti-corrosive capability and decreasing flowing resistance when transport liquid.
